With the speedy expansion of the mobile internet and the extensive promotion of social networking applications,the new e-commerce model of community group buying is gradually coming into people’s lives.It combines the characteristics of online pre-order with the spatial aggregation of real communities offline to achieve centralised product procurement and distribution,thus alleviating the problems of high attrition costs and high inventory and distribution costs of traditional fresh food e-commerce,with a promising future for development.However,the simplicity and ease of replication of this model has led to fierce competition for homogenisation of community group buying enterprises.A reasonable site selection and distribution route planning for fresh produce distribution centres is of certain practical significance to reduce the transportation costs of community group-buying enterprises,reduce the loss of goods in the distribution process,ensure the timeliness of delivery and enhance the competitive advantage of community group-buying enterprises.Therefore,based on the summary of the available studies and theoretical knowledge at home and abroad,this paper takes Company S,which specialises in community group purchase of fresh produce,as the research object and studies its distribution centre location and distribution route optimisation problems.Firstly,by analyzing the characteristics of the community group buying model of Company S and its current problems in distribution center layout and distribution route planning,a location selection model considering the cost of goods loss and a distribution route optimization model with a soft time window are constructed for the purpose of minimizing the total cost.Secondly,the genetic algorithm is designed and run through MATLAB software to solve the models,and the optimal solution of the obtained site selection model is substituted into the path model to seek the optimal distribution route to achieve better optimization effect.Finally,by comparing the cost data before and after optimization,it is found that the optimized site selection scheme and distribution route have a certain degree of reduction in transportation cost,cargo damage cost,vehicle full load rate and penalty cost compared with before optimization,which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the site selection and path planning model constructed in the paper,provides reference for S company and similar community group buying enterprises to reasonably formulate distribution center site selection and distribution route planning scheme,and puts forward relevant countermeasure suggestions.
