In recent years,many enterprises have neglected the management of financial risks,thus encountering financial crisis or even bankruptcy.Therefore,enterprises must take measures to reduce risks and ensure the sustainable development of enterprises.Since the second half of2021,due to the double blow of the epidemic and the market downturn,some real estate companies have experienced problems in their capital chains.The real estate industry,a pillar industry of my country’s national economy,has not escaped the influence of market fluctuations.X real estate company has performed poorly in financial status in the past seven years and is facing huge financial risks.Therefore,after the scientific identification and evaluation of X real estate company’s financial risk,it is particularly important to put forward targeted control measures.This article combines the development status of the real estate industry and the production and operation status of X real estate company from 2015 to 2022 based on the idea of finding,analyzing and solving problems,firstly,from the aspects of financing risk,investment risk,operation risk,cash flow risk and growth There are five aspects of risk,which initially identify the company’s current or potential financial risks.Secondly,the financial risk of X real estate company is further evaluated through mathematical model calculation,and the current financial risk status of the enterprise is clarified.After comparing the correlation coefficient values of various types of indicators of the real estate company in the past seven years with the weights calculated by the entropy method,nine specific indicators were selected to construct the final evaluation system of X real estate company,and the entropy method was used to calculate the weights of financial indicators after screening,and combined with the improved efficacy coefficient method to calculate the risk score value of each financial indicator,the data shows that the company’s risk level is increasing,and it is currently at the level of heavy warning,and all financial indicators are abnormal,which needs full attention.Finally,on the basis of risk identification and evaluation,according to the problems found,specific measures to control the financial risk of X real estate company are clearly proposed from the five aspects of financing,investment,operation,cash flow and growth,in order to effectively avoid financial risks.Improve corporate competitiveness,promote X real estate company to achieve healthy,stable and sustainable development,and provide reference for financial risk management of other real estate companies.
