Research On Cash Flow Management Of BD Company Based On Value Chain

Manufacturing industry is the main body of the national economy,not to mention our country is a famous manufacturing country.By continuing to advance national strategies such as "Made in China 2025",China’s manufacturing industry will continue to grow in the future.However,many core manufacturing activities,such as technology research and development,production and operations,require capital,which puts higher demands on companies’ cash flow management.The traditional cash flow management system often only focuses on the cash flow management of the business part,which lacks integrity.By combining with the value chain,cash flow management activities of enterprises can be effectively integrated,so as to integrate cash flow management into each link of production and operation of enterprises,effectively coordinate the interests of various internal enterprises,form a definite enterprise value chain management mechanism,and effectively overcome the limitations of traditional cash flow management.This paper takes the value chain as the research perspective,combines the value chain with the enterprise cash flow,analyzes the cash flow management of automobile manufacturing enterprises,and then proposes the improvement measures for the enterprise cash flow management.This paper selects BD company as the case study object.BD Company has a wide business coverage,spanning the four industries of automobile,rail transit,new energy and electronics,covering seven conventional fields and four special fields.The analysis of BD company has certain reference value to the industry.Firstly,on the basis of consulting a large number of literatures,this paper summarizes the relevant research status and basic theories at home and abroad,and then uses financial index analysis method and entropy method to analyze and evaluate the cash flow status and cash flow management status of BD company from the perspectives of internal value chain and external value chain.The internal value chain focuses on the analysis of cash flow management in each link of BD company,while the external value chain focuses on horizontal and vertical analysis.Horizontal analysis selects the same type of enterprises in the same industry as the reference object,carries out comparative analysis on the cash flow financial data,and finds out the differences between BD company and other companies in the same industry in cash flow management.Longitudinal analysis of upstream suppliers,downstream customers and the company’s cash flow correlation analysis,the establishment of value alliance.Finally,combined with the evaluation conclusion of entropy value method,it comprehensively summarizes the shortcomings of BD company in cash flow management,and puts forward improvement countermeasures from internal and external value chain,hoping to bring some references for the enterprise.
