| Urban and rural governance is a key component of the national governance system,and the quality of urban and rural governance is related to the speed of China’s modernization process.Integrated urban and rural development is an important way to narrow the gap between urban and rural economic development.In promoting the process of urban-rural integration,the government must ensure the quality and speed of urban-rural integration development through various support measures and management systems,give play to the government’s macro regulatory role in economic development,and achieve sustainable and healthy development of the urban-rural economy.This article selects Yantai City as the research object,using entropy weight method and factor analysis method.Through the development data of Yantai City from 2011 to 2020,it identifies the existing problems in the development of urban and rural integration in Yantai City,and proposes targeted suggestions for the development path of urban and rural integration in Yantai City.Based on the discussion of relevant research and theoretical analysis on urban-rural integration development,and based on the relevant data of Yantai City from 2011 to 2020,this article conducts research from the following four aspects: First,based on the summary of existing research,an evaluation index system for the level of urban-rural integration development in Yantai City has been constructed.The entropy weight method is used to measure the level of urban-rural integration development in Yantai City.The second is to conduct a specific analysis of the level of urban-rural integration development in Yantai City based on the measurement results.The third is to explore the influencing factors of the level of urban-rural integration development in Yantai City,and conduct empirical analysis of the influencing factors through factor analysis.The fourth is to summarize the research results of experts and scholars on the existing problems in the development of urban-rural integration in Yantai City,and propose specific measures to optimize the development of urban-rural integration in Yantai City.The research results show that the overall level of urban-rural integration development in Yantai City has shown an upward trend,indicating that the level of urban-rural integration development in Yantai City has continuously improved during the decade 2011-2020.From the perspective of the influencing factors of urban-rural integration development,the per capita GDP,the binary comparison coefficient,the urban-rural Engel coefficient ratio,and the urban-rural per capita disposable income ratio have a significant promoting effect on the urban-rural integration development,while the promotion effect of the urban-rural per capita consumption expenditure ratio,the rural per capita agricultural output value,the urban-rural per capita education expenditure ratio,the urbanization rate,and the freedom of labor transfer on the urban-rural integration development has not yet been highlighted.The integrated development of urban and rural areas in Yantai City is still a long-term process that requires the government and urban and rural residents to work together for a long time. |
