| In the early 1970 s,American clinical psychologist Ferden Berg first proposed the term "job burnout",which can be summarized into three dimensions: emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and low personal accomplishment through continuous development.Driven by the strong social development and intensified competition,the job burnout of employees has become increasingly obvious,which has a negative impact on the psychological health and personality of employees,the management level and working atmosphere of the company and the long-term development of the company.Human resources are the most important support for the core competitiveness of modern enterprises,and job burnout is one of the important directions of human resources management research.Whether the company system is scientific is not only closely related to the relevant interests of employees,but also closely related to maintaining the consistency and coordination of various management work within the company,and whether it can improve the cohesion and centripetal force of employees,thus further affecting the realization of enterprise strategic objectives.As the knowledge-based employees of the real estate company are responsible for accounting,production safety,geological survey,drawing review,and very important work such as foundation,main body,completion acceptance and transportation,they are indispensable employees of the real estate company and have great research value.This thesis will combine the domestic and foreign research on the characteristics of knowledge workers and related theories of job burnout,and take RS real estate company knowledge workers as the object to carry out research.Using the relevant theories of human resource management,using the methods of literature review,comparison and induction,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis,etc.,analyze the current situation of job burnout of knowledge workers,and diagnose and analyze the job burnout of this type of employees,and find that there are three problems.It is mainly reflected in personal health,enterprise,values,marriage and family;Lack of organizational support at the organizational level,imperfect salary system,unsmooth promotion channels,unclear career planning and other factors;The lack of social engineering cooperation and trust.Combined with the causes of job burnout in RS Real Estate Company,the corresponding countermeasures are proposed to provide optimization paths and reference opinions for solving the job burnout of knowledge workers in RS Real Estate Company. |
