| Consumer industry has been an industry with huge potential.Because there is a constant supply of consumers.Whether it is food,daily necessities,toys,shoes and clothing,they are closely related to our daily life.Crown outbreak of a new wave hit also let consumer goods market downturn,compared with online retail,consumer goods offline retail face enormous challenges,outbreak,settled in policy,a line of city survival pressure constant increase in the flow of the population,junior staff and retail management personnel recruitment become one of the most important challenge all offline retail.By studying the current situation of basic staff positions in offline physical retail of Company A,this paper sorted out and analyzed the entire existing recruitment process.Conduct questionnaire survey and interview survey on grass-roots staff,and summarize the problems and causes of the problems.Combined with the actual situation,the whole recruitment process is divided into three sections.Put forward strategies and suggestions to optimize the front end and back end of recruitment process,as well as other problems.Based on the above analysis,this paper refers to the research conclusions of relevant literature,combines the relevant theories of human resources and recruitment management,various internal problems and situations of the company,and the situation of the industry to put forward the feasibility strategy for the recruitment of Company A.Optimized the recruitment process of A company for grassroots employees,which helped the enterprise to recruit the matched personnel and increase the stability of new employees.To help enterprises build staff echelon,enhance competitiveness,in the consumer goods industry grassroots retail job recruitment problems to provide some referable solutions. |
