Motivation is the core of modern management, sales staff is the company’s vanguard, and effective inspiration will light their passion and fulfill their potential, made them constantly go beyond themselves at the same time to achieve organizational goals. This paper combines staff inspiration mechanism theory and feature of sales staff with Nanning BS Retail Limited to put forward some corresponding measures for the motivation, This will produce certain realistic significance on further improving Nanning BS company sales staff inspiration mechanism, optimizing this kind of enterprises inspiration mechanism and improving inspiration effect.Through the research of staff inspiration on relevant literature both in domestic and abroad, and through the collection and analysis of sales staff inspiration data on Nanning BS company, Through the interview and job satisfaction and demand status investigation and analysis on Nanning BS company staff, we find there is much less attention on sales staff inspiration. The inspiration system is empty of humanism, imperfect and so on. It reflects on lack of consciousness on consciousness investment, cannot meet sales staff’s basic needs, sales staff lack of a sense of belonging and loyalty; ignore different types of staff’s individual characteristics, main inspiration mode is material, it’s too simple. Therefore, in view of the Nanning BS company. sales staff inspiration system problems; we should pay attention to sales staff inspiration, riching inspiration mode and making inspiration system more humanized. Specific measures are:On the one hand, through the deal with the relationship among the internal staffs and establish "Mind relay station "to sales staff with sincere concern and care; enrich non-statutory welfare forms, set with the inspiriting welfare projects to meet their basic needs; pay attention to the leaving of sales staff, carry out leaving reason investigation and establish leaving employees files. On the other hand, we should implement humanized inspiration measures for female sales, young sales who born during 1980s and 1990s and short duration sales, and through the establishment of multiple rewarding, giving full play to the honor inspiration function, avoiding " punishment replace management " to realize dynamic inspiration, combining rewarding and punishment together.In order to acquire good inspiration effect, Nanning BS company should clarify relationships with suppliers, pay attention to sales’ needs and change, the emphasis on their inspiration, carefully perform sales’ daily work responsibilities, carry out vary inspiration mode and humanized inspiration measures, to build a scientific and effective inspiration environment, make the sales staff has strong enthusiasm strong, high loyalty, be willing to grow and develop together with enterprises, create brilliant future.
