| Nowadays,the development momentum of smart logistics industry is very fast,and has moved from theoretical discussion to practical application.Especially since the 20 th CPC National Congress,we have vigorously developed the construction of a transportation power.Relying on regional transportation hubs,the development of smart logistics is in the ascendant.To a great extent,it facilitate the logistics industry accomplishing intelligent transformationand and expedite the accumulation of intelligent logistics industry.All around China,each region thinks highly of the construction of smart logistics industry planning to promote the development of smart logistics enterprises and seek ways to maximize the positive role of smart logistics industry agglomeration to promote the economic growth steadily in the region and surrounding regions.How to improve the level of smart logistics industry grouping effectively,how to take advantage of the positive spatial overflow effect of smart logistics industry cluster on regional economic growth,and how to promote coordinated economic development have become the key issues that should be paid attention to when formulating national smart logistics industry policy.Based on previous studies,this paper sums up the cognate literature of smart logistics,logistics industry cluster,economic growth,logistics cluster and regional economic growth,and puts up a shed the analytical framework by discriminating the intension of smart logistics and logistics industry cluster as well as the correlative theory of economic growth effect of industrial agglomeration as the theoretical foundation of this paper,try to clarify the formation mechanism and impact mechanism of industry cluster on regional economic growth.This paper collect the spatial panel data in the Chinese mainland for ten years running from 2011 to 2020,measure the cluster level of intelligent logistics industry that spread in China’s provinces by using the location entropy index method,and choose to use Moran’s I to indexanalyze a thing the spatial autocorrelation of China’s regional economic growth.Then set the inverse distance space weight matrix and select the three control variables of material capital investment,human capital investment and transportation infrastructure level,and use the LR,Wald and other test methods to build the SDM time-space double fixed effect model,the optimal model,to demonstrate the direct effect and spatial overflow effect of China’s smart logistics cluster to the growth of regional economic.Results from what have been discussed above manifest that the level of smart logistics industry cluster,as a whole,is low.and there is a clear disparity between them.This is mainly reflected in the average level of spatial layout lower in turn from the east to the west.From the perspective of the whole country,the direct effect of the core explanatory variable smart logistics cluster have a positive impact on regional economic growth is positive and benificial.In contrast,indirect effect and total effect usually presents apparent inhibition which is negative.It is usually a sign that the gathering of smart logistics industry enhance the regional economic development level.Furthermore,it will also affect the economic growth level of neighboring regions with a reaction force.Each unit of increase in the level of smart logistics industry agglomeration will increase the economic growth level of the region by 0.228 units,resulting in 2.084 units of inhibition of the economic development level of neighboring regions.It shows that China’s smart logistics industry cluster is still in its infancy.The input cost of the cluster does not match the regional economic growth level.The improvement of the cluster level,and the cost is sacrificing the economic development of its bordering areas.Divide the country into four directions: east,west,north and south,we can observe the spatial overflow effect of the eastern region is the same as that of the whole country.Owing to the siphon effect,each time the agglomeration level of the intelligent logistics industry in the eastern region raise a unite,the economic development level of vicinity will descend by 1.5387 units commensurably.For the western region,the direct effect coefficient is 0.6200,which is significantly positive correlation at the confidence level of 1%,and the spatial spillover effect coefficient is 1.8061.Ultimately,the figures pass the significance level test while the confidence level of 5%. |
