Industrial agglomeration is a common phenomenon in the process of economic development. Its essence is the development process in which capital elements flow freely within a certain spatial range but are eventually collected into a specific spatial geographic range. The manufacturing industry has always been regarded as the artery and basic industry for the development of the national economy. The scale and concentration of the manufacturing industry has long been an important indicator of the overall competitiveness of a country or city. The issuance of "Made in China 2025" highlights the important industrial status of manufacturing in the manufacturing industry under the "new normal" of China's economic development. At the same time, the outline proposes to improve the level and quality of industrial agglomeration, and focus on creating a manufacturing cluster with international characteristics. In order to speed up the pace of transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry, promote the manufacturing industry to move toward the middle and high-end direction, and promote the coordinated development of the Chinese economy. In fact, the spatial distribution of China's manufacturing industry is not balanced, showing a significant gradient difference. In this context, how to promote the agglomeration of manufacturing in various regions through policy guidance,to play the spatial spillover effect caused by agglomeration, and to narrow the development gap between regional economies,so as to achieve the coordination between manufacturing agglomeration and regional economic growth.Key issues that need to be further studied.According to the first law of geography, everything is related, and similar things are more closely related.Traditional econometrics usually assumes that sample observations are independent of each other, but if there is significant spatial autocorrelation between sample observations, the existence of spatial autocorrelation problems must be considered, and traditional measurement analysis methods will still be used to make sample information. It is difficult to reflect the reality and it is easy to cause deviations in the estimation results. With the rapid development of transportation and communication technologies, economic information exchanges between neighboring provinces are closer. The provinces and provinces are not only independent individuals, but also have mutual influence and interdependence. Therefore,we cannot simply ignore the existence of inter-regional spatial effects and separate the economic relations between regions. This paper takes the perspective of spatial geography as the entry point, and analyzes China's manufacturing agglomeration and region with 31 provinces in China from 2005 to 2016.The dynamic evolution of the spatial and temporal pattern of economic growth, and empirical research on the spatial spillover effects of China's manufacturing agglomeration and regional economic growth. The main contents and conclusions of the thesis are as follows:1.The status quo of manufacturing agglomeration development and the dynamic evolution analysis of agglomeration pattern.Based on the analysis of location Gini coefficient, location entropy and standard deviation ellipse, the development status of manufacturing agglomeration and the dynamic evolution of spatial distribution are studied. The results show that there is a significant accumulation of manufacturing industry in China, and it has obvious clustering spatial agglomeration distribution characteristics, and the overall agglomeration level is on the rise. The Chinese manufacturing agglomeration has obvious regional differences, which are generally from the eastern region. The trend of the gradual decline of the central and western regions;China's manufacturing agglomeration generally presents a “Northeast-Southwest” pattern, with elliptical distributions ranging from “Liaoning-Hebei-Shandong-Henan-Hubei-Hunan-Guangdong” to “Zhejiang-Anhui-Henan-Shaanxi is the spatial distribution of the auxiliary axis. The center of gravity of the manufacturing industry is generally offset to the southeast. The spatial extent of the distribution tends to shift to the southwest, with significant directional characteristics, and the standard deviation. The northeastern provinces and cities of the elliptical axis generally have a stronger driving force for the development of the manufacturing industry than the southwestern provinces and cities.2.Analysis of the dynamic evolution of the status quo of regional economic growth and time-space pattern.Based on the coefficient of variation and hotspot analysis, this paper analyzes the status quo of regional economic growth and the dynamic evolution of its spatial and temporal patterns. The results show that the spatial distribution pattern of manufacturing agglomeration is similar, and China's regional economic development also shows a more obvious "high east-low west" Gradient differences, regional development relative differences are shrinking;China's economic growth cold hotspots generally show a patchy distribution, the cold spot area is gradually less effective, the sub-cold spot area is significantly increased, the "club convergence" effect is significant, although overall The overall development has improved, but the economic development is still unbalanced, and the high-value areas of regional economic growth are still concentrated in the eastern coastal areas.3.Analysis of spatial spillover effects of manufacturing agglomeration and regional economic growth.Constructing a suitable spatial econometric model to study the spatial spillover effect of manufacturing agglomeration and regional economic growth. The results show that manufacturing agglomeration has a weak positive driving effect on the economic growth of this province. The development of manufacturing agglomeration in China is now relatively mature. In the diffusion stage, there is an excessive transition from “echo effect” to “diffusion effect”,which has a strong spatial spillover effect on regional economic growth;urbanization, technological innovation, infrastructure construction, fixed asset investment, and openness can be effective.Promote regional economic growth in the province, fixed asset investment, infrastructure construction, and openness have positive spatial spillover effects on regional economic growth, but the driving force is insufficient;labor input and government policy support have a certain crowding effect on regional economic growth. With the blockade effect,it is difficult to promote the development of the regional economy.4.Optimize the pattern of manufacturing agglomeration space and break the countermeasures for the imbalance of regional economic development. This paper starts with the empirical analysis of the dynamic evolution of space-time pattern of manufacturing agglomeration and regional economic growth and its spatial spillover effect, and puts forward the principle of “guiding the rational layout of the industry, developing according to local conditions”,“promoting industrial optimization and upgrading, and promoting transformation through snobbery” and “ Breaking the regional industrial blockade, combining the vertical and horizontal balance, and promoting the input of regional factors and making overall plans and taking the initiative to promote the growth of the four aspects of the countermeasures,in order to guide the promotion of manufacturing agglomeration in various regions, optimize the pattern of manufacturing agglomeration space, and play its space Spillover effects and promotion of coordinated development of regional economy provide countermeasures and suggestions.
