| In recent years,with the progress of society and the development of economy,people began to pursue high-quality living standards.The country has also begun to increase its support for the information service industry,making the e-commerce industry grow step by step from the embryonic stage to today’s all-round development stage.The emergence of online shopping has enabled people to shop without leaving home,and online shopping is not only convenient,but also has many types,so more and more people are choosing this new shopping method,while the number of people choosing the traditional offline shopping method is gradually decreasing.However,with the emergence of this new consumption mode,consumers’ demand for goods is growing,which leads to the growing distribution business in the logistics industry.But at present,many logistics enterprises in China also have some problems in distribution.Due to the gradual increase of small express delivery in logistics enterprises,the efficiency of logistics distribution is relatively low,which has caused traffic congestion and environmental pollution caused by road congestion,and the waste of logistics resources in logistics enterprises.Due to the unreasonable allocation of logistics resources by logistics enterprises,such as no-load transportation,the logistics cost increases,which makes the development of logistics service level of logistics enterprises slow.In order to solve these problems,the best way at present is to change the existing distribution mode and management mode of logistics enterprises in China,and the new way of joint distribution among logistics enterprises can effectively solve the existing problems.Through joint distribution,logistics enterprises can reduce the logistics cost during distribution,and the logistics enterprises that form a cooperative alliance will certainly form a new and stronger competitive advantage,thus increasing the benefits of enterprises,improving the efficiency of logistics distribution and optimizing the allocation of logistics resources,thus improving their own logistics service level and enhancing market competitiveness.For this reason,this paper makes a concrete analysis and research on the issue of joint distribution of logistics enterprises through the non-cooperation-cooperation game model.Firstly,this paper introduces the definition and characteristics of joint distribution,the benefits and mechanism of joint distribution,and the development status at home and abroad.It also introduces the related characteristics of enterprise alliance,the definitions of logistics enterprise alliance and joint distribution enterprise alliance,and the current research status of logistics strategic alliance.Finally,the relevant meaning of game theory is expounded,which provides a theoretical basis for the following non-cooperative-cooperative game model.Then,based on the above discussion of related concepts,as well as the development status and existing problems of logistics enterprises,we realize the necessity of adopting common distribution in logistics enterprises.Because the adoption of common distribution mode is of great significance to the development of logistics enterprises,according to the existing literature research,it is found that there are few studies on common distribution between logistics enterprises considering both competition and cooperation.Therefore,this paper studies the competition and cooperation among logistics enterprises through the theory of competition and cooperation,and establishes a non-cooperation-cooperation game model to optimize and study the common distribution among logistics enterprises.The logistics enterprises are divided into two stages: competition and delivery cooperation,and the two stages are analyzed,modeled and solved in detail.Finally,through a concrete example,assuming that the numerical value is brought into the model for concrete calculation,the necessity of implementing joint distribution in logistics enterprises is further demonstrated. |
