Rural collective assets are an important basis for implementing the rural revitalization strategy and promoting rural economic development in rural areas.Regarding the vital interests of the village collective and each villager,collective asset management is the premise and key to the fundamental interests of the countryside and the comprehensive construction of a well-off society.At present,rural collective assets are characterized by large quantities,miscellaneous types,and large amounts.Opportunities and challenges coexist in the operation of rural collective asset management at the grassroots level,so it is necessary to strengthen rural collective asset management and actively explore effective countermeasures for managing rural collective assets.To ensure the quality of rural collective asset management,we must not only maintain the value of rural collective assets,but also continuously increase their value,protect the rights and interests of farmers,and promote the steady development and growth of the rural collective economy.From the perspective of innovating rural economic management,this paper uses the theories of principal-agent,internal control,and power checks and balances to deeply discuss the problems and countermeasures in the management of rural collective assets through literature research,questionnaire investigation,and case study.This paper takes the work of "clearing and harvesting" in D town as the starting point,understands the current situation of rural collective asset management during the work promotion process,summarizes the problems existing in the collective asset management process of the villages under the jurisdiction of D town,and puts forward countermeasures for improvement.The study found that in the management of collective assets in D Town,the historical legacy property rights are not clear,the management of various contracts is not standardized,the internal control and supervision system is lacking,the management team is weak,and the ability of the village to maintain and increase the value of collective assets is weak. |
