Study On Risk Early Warning Mechanism Of Financial Leasing Enterprises

In recent years,the financial leasing industry has developed rapidly and has been widely used in various industries and fields because of its advantages of fast financing,reduced restrictions and low financial risks.However,since 2020,affected by the COVID-19,the international trade situation,the domestic financial regulatory environment and other factors,the types of risks in the financial leasing industry have increased and the impact of risk factors has intensified.In this context,it is of great practical value to study the risk early warning mechanism of financial leasing enterprises.Firstly,this paper discusses the concept,main forms,characteristics and functions of financial leasing,analyzes the risk types of financial leasing business,and combs the comprehensive risk management theory,principal-agent theory and contract theory involved in this paper,which provides a solid theoretical support for the subsequent research work;Then,this paper analyzes the causes of financial leasing risk,selects the risk early warning indicators based on the existing research results,and assigns the weight of risk early warning indicators by using Delphi method;Finally,taking enterprise a as the case study object,this paper comprehensively and deeply evaluates the enterprise’s current risk early warning mechanism by introducing the risk early warning model established above,and puts forward corresponding optimization and improvement measures based on the theory of comprehensive risk management.It is hoped that through this research,we can enrich the research results in the field of risk early warning and improve the theoretical research system of risk early warning,and provide an effective way for financial leasing enterprises to optimize the existing risk early warning mechanism,so as to promote the long-term and stable development of China’s financial leasing industry.
