Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Rural Elderly Care In Wanzhou Distric

China has a large population,large population base,and with the passage of time,more and more elderly population,our country gradually entered the aging country.With the development of social economy,a large number of young and middle-aged rural labor force has flooded into cities and towns,while most of them remain in rural areas are elderly people.After the gradual change of population structure,the aging of rural areas has become increasingly serious,leading to the widening gap between urban and rural areas,and the problem of rural pension has become increasingly prominent.Chongqing,a province with large population outflow,ranks the sixth among China’s top ten aging cities in 2021,among which the population over 65 takes up the second place in China,accounting for 17.08%,and the aging rate is the first.The aging problem of Wanzhou District is in the forefront of Chongqing,and it is particularly prominent in rural areas.Under the background of deepening rural hollowing,the rural aging problem is becoming more and more serious due to the change of rural population structure.This text selects the rural area of Wanzhou district of Chongqing as the research object.In order to effectively solve the rural old-age problems in Wanzhou district,it is particularly important to explore a set of countermeasures suitable for the rural old-age problems in Wanzhou district.From the current situation of rural old-age care in Wanzhou District of Chongqing,the existing problems and the corresponding countermeasures of this main line to carry out research and analysis.Firstly,the two concepts of rural areas and rural old-age care are defined,and the theory of social security hierarchy,social needs hierarchy and social support are used to provide theoretical basis for the research of this paper.Then through the four towns in Wanzhou District of rural old-age situation field visit research.From the current situation of the rural endowment in Wanzhou District from the economic situation,spiritual life conditions,endowment security institutions to analyze.This paper analyzes the main problems and causes of rural old-age care in Wanzhou District.The problems of rural old-age care in Wanzhou district are analyzed from three perspectives: individual,family and society.It is found that there are some problems in the rural old-age care in Wanzhou district,such as the economic weakness of the rural elderly,the difference between old and new concepts of old-age care,the lack of spiritual comfort,the lack of youth consciousness of old-age care,the backward development of rural economy,the lack of investment in old-age security and the imperfection of old-age care institutions and systems.The reasons for the rural pension problems in Wanzhou District include single source of income,lack of social security,different pension concepts,decline of filial piety culture,family concept problems,rapid economic development,population structure change and insufficient pension investment.Finally,in view of the actual situation of rural old-age care in Wanzhou district,the existing problems of rural old-age care in Wanzhou District are proposed to enhance the awareness of old-age care,strengthen the efforts to help,promote children’s income,strengthen the propaganda of filial piety to improve the rescue mechanism,improve the medical level and the construction of old-age services and other countermeasures.In general,for the problems existing in Wanzhou district rural pension,we should put forward corresponding countermeasures from the three perspectives of individual,family and society,such as strengthening the propaganda of filial piety culture,increasing the efforts to help the rural elderly,promoting rural economic development,improving the social assistance service mechanism,improving the level of medical insurance and promoting the construction of rural pension institutions.
