It make the organization of social insurance as a section, we can see that the importance of the whole organization of management services in social insurance system.The efficient and security of handling management service is an important criterion to test the effectiveness ofthe system running, handling management and service system building in the implementation of the new rural society pension insurance should be strengthened.Since December2009,Jiangxi Province began to explore to launch the new rural society pension insurance pilot work, so far,it has accumulated a lot of valuable experience, and laid a solid foundation for the smooth development and steady running of the new rural society pension insurance in Jiangxi Province, without the modest proposed the grand goal of basic coverage of the new rural society pension insurance and urban residents society pension insurance in2012. According to the "guidance of rural society pension insurance pilot" by the State Council, Jiangxi Province in accordance with national policy requirements, combined with the province’s political, economic, cultural and demographic conditions, introduced for Jiangxi Province own situation "implementation of the Measures of Jiangxi Province rural society pension insurance pilot", as far, the province’s first batch, second and third batch, a total of77pilot counties (cities, districts) are steadily implementing the new rural society pension insurance system, on the whole making good progress, but also exposed some issues, such as handling management service level is less than standard and so on.The related concepts of the social security system are described, the use of literature analysis has combed the literature on rural social pension insurance system, laid a theoretical foundation for this study; Then, finishing the induction of the development process of the Jiangxi Provincial Rural Socialthe, and thus the status of implementation of the new rural society pension insurance of Jiangxi Province, there are still many problems, such as system design is science, and related insurance system convergence, managers manage service levels to beimprovement, leads to the focus of this research-handling management services; Followed by,the article cut to the chase to understand a basic knowledge of management services of the new rural society pension insurance, from a theoretical point of view, certainly in Jiangxi Province in the management services of the new rural society pension insurance, while the use of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method of combining to depth analysis its problems, combined with case studies analysis of the success stories of the three social security system to provide a reference for the proposed in this paper, finaly,the article targetedrationalization proposals in order to successfully achieve comprehensive coverage of the new rural society pension insurancein Jiangxi Province.
