With the rapid development of information technology,China’s digital economy has been pushed to a new stage,and data has become a new production factor in the context of China’s digital economy,and it is also the most active and decisive output factor.Big data empowerment creates value for enterprises,and data assets have become the internal driving force to promote the digital transformation of enterprises,and the main fuel to drive industrial digital transformation.The same is true for AI enterprises,where high-quality data feeds back AI technology research and development,thereby achieving enterprise value added.However,the accounting method of data asset value does not have a scientific and unified evaluation system at present,and if the pricing standard of data assets is unreasonable,it will easily cause data asset value loss caused by data market chaos,which is not conducive to the benign development of data assets.Therefore,it is of certain positive significance to conduct research on the value of data assets.Taking enterprise data assets as the research object,this paper first defines the basic concepts of data assets through literature research,and uses the data value chain to analyze the creation mechanism and influencing factors of enterprise data asset value,and then finds the limitations of the evaluation method applied to enterprise data assets through the introduction and adaptability of traditional evaluation methods,and finally adopts the excess return evaluation method according to the similar characteristics of data assets and intangible assets,and combines analytic hierarchy and BP neural network to improve the shortcomings of the excess return method.That is,the analytic hierarchy method is used to separate the historical returns of data assets,and then BP neural networks are used to predict the future returns of data assets,Vague comprehensive evaluation as final value correction,so as to construct a new data asset evaluation model.Finally,iFLYTEK Enterprise was selected as a case enterprise,and by analyzing the enterprise data assets,basic overview and revenue period determination,the required data was used to predict the income of enterprise data assets,and the calculated parameters are then brought into the valuation model to measure the value of the enterprise’s data assets and evaluate the valuation results.Focusing on the evaluation of data assets,we conducted empirical research on iFLYTEK as an example and found that data assets contain great business value.Therefore,for any enterprise with data assets,it is necessary to strengthen the management of data asset value and data asset operation,which is of great significance to the mining and protection of data in the future,so that data assets can better serve enterprises,become a new focus of enterprise model innovation and economic transformation,and help enterprises achieve digital transformation.
