In recent years,data has become a basic strategic resource and a key factor in the development of digital economy.In 2020,the central government issued the "Opinions on Building a More Perfect System and Mechanism for Market-oriented Allocation of Factors",which requires accelerating the cultivation of the data factor market,and puts forward urgent requirements for accelerating the evaluation and pricing of data assets.In this context,as an important force to serve the real economy,the accumulated data assets of Internet finance enterprises need to be valued and strive to exert their value.Considering that there are few studies on data assets evaluation of Internet finance enterprises,the value evaluation of data assets of Internet finance enterprises is the core issue to be explored.This paper takes the data assets of internet finance enterprises as the research object,and discusses its value evaluation method,which has important theoretical significance and practical value for improving the data assets evaluation system.Firstly,this paper analyzes the characteristics and influencing factors of data assets of internet finance enterprises,and on the basis of comparing traditional and new methods of data assets evaluation,adopts multi-period excess return model to evaluate the value of data assets of internet finance enterprises.Considering the shortcomings of the model in evaluating the value of data assets,such as unclear contribution and incomplete value composition,the paper has made improvements in the following two aspects: first,it introduces analytic hierarchy process to make a second cut to further subdivide the contribution of data assets;The second is to introduce the user data multiplication coefficient to fully represent the overall value of data assets.The improved model is applied to a case and its effectiveness is verified.The results show that:(1)Compared with the traditional income method,the value of data assets of Internet financial enterprises with user data multiplication coefficient covers all data assets composed of financial data and user data;(2)On the basis of analyzing the composition of intangible assets in off-balance-sheet portfolio,the idea of twice cutting difference improves the fuzziness of the calculation process of income contribution of data assets to some extent.The improved multi-period excess return model provides an idea for Internet finance enterprises to classify data assets into balance sheets,which will more effectively discover the value of data assets and play a certain role in promoting information disclosure...
