In recent years,with the gradual advancement of China’s digitalization process,cutting-edge emerging technologies such as big data have received great support and development.Xi Jinping pointed out at the 19 th National Congress that logistics development,big data development and real industry should be closely linked,in fact,in many current economic fields,new economic growth space can be developed and new unique vitality can be displayed.The rapid development of big data technology has now become the engine engine of new economic growth points.New breakthroughs in the development of information technology have made it possible to store data and mine the value of data,and have also made the development model of logistics enterprises more information-based and intelligent.As a carrier platform and information asset that integrates process optimization ability and insight and decision-making power and comprehensively strengthens it,big data is the focus of logistics enterprises in optimizing and transforming basic operations,and plays its unique role.Because of the huge potential and business opportunities of big data in the future,many logistics companies have invested in the research and development of big data.It is believed that with the maturity of the development of big data,it will appear as an asset in corporate financial statements.This thesis first made a certain collation of the research literature on the development of big data,domestic and foreign data asset development and evaluation methods,and then analyze the development status of the logistics industry and the formation process of data assets.During the model building process,the multi-period excess return method needs to be optimized and improved by ahrp and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Among them,When using AHP to calculate metrics for each level,the influencing factors of the target layer,the standard layer and the scheme layer,that is,the data asset value,are determined and discussed in detail.In the calculation of modified indicators,this thesis draws on the "E-commerce Data Asset Value Evaluation Index System" to determine the indicator layers of influencing factors at all levels,and then uses AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to calculate.Finally,this thesis combines the case study of Yunda shares,a specific logistics company.From the perspective of data assets of logistics enterprises,this thesis makes a useful exploration of the data asset evaluation of logistics enterprises.
