| In the past two years,China’s steel industry has been in a continuous downturn,with low supply and demand at both ends of the steel industry,significant lack of market confidence,production contraction and weak demand leading to a continuous decline in steel and raw material prices,at the same time,under the influence of the epidemic,the enthusiasm for purchasing has declined,the pace of steel mill shipment has slowed down,and the inventory is at the highest level in history.Under this severe background,it is urgent to develop iron and steel logistics,formulate logistics strategy reasonably and effectively,and find new profit growth points in logistics.Therefore,this paper systematically analyzes the overall situation of the iron and steel logistics industry,summarizes the policies of the iron and steel industry issued by the state in recent years,and puts forward the development trend and ideas of the iron and steel logistics.Meanwhile,the process of the transportation of iron and steel logistics,energy consumption and information management status and problems are analyzed.Finally,the main problem of the Tisco logistics center is analyzed.Put forward strategic thinking and strategic measures.This paper focuses on the analysis of the current operation and management status of Ti SCO logistics center,and from the lean production logistics,green development and intelligent construction,the main problems are deeply discussed,and finally put forward a set of perfect optimization strategy,in order to achieve better results.Specifically: firstly,strengthen the interaction and communication at all levels with the road bureau,refine the distribution plan and information docking,and improve the level of operation coordination;Combined with the railway management reform,deepen the cooperation between road and enterprise,improve the operation efficiency of the junction;Accurately predict the situation change of the road bureau,timely adjust the arrival and departure structure of the plant,minimize the influence of external factors on the production organization of the plant.Secondly,focusing on the green and low-carbon development strategy of China Baowu,we will carry out energy-saving,emission reduction and carbon reduction actions in an all-round way.We will carry out the transformation of hybrid electric locomotives and self-propelled charging torpedo tank cars,speed up the elimination of backward technology and mechanical and electrical equipment,and implement the full frequency conversion transformation of thawing warehouse motor to reduce carbon emissions.Thirdly,adhere to innovation-driven development,accelerate the comprehensive application of intelligent equipment,upgrade and reengineering of dispatching information system,break the chain restriction of existing railway station areas,cancel the block between stations,centralize all traffic dispatching,and scientifically divide locomotive command units.Optimize the scheduling planning system,realize the automatic selection of the job plan route,and automatic execution;Logistics implementation data automatic collection,automatic comparison with standards,provide scientific data analysis;Monitor the running state of the train in real time,add safety reminder and automatic braking and other safety measures to improve the intrinsic safety level of the equipment.Ultimately,our strategy will be secured and implemented through improved safety management,employee motivation and technological innovation.This paper’s research findings can be utilized to significantly enhance the TISCO logistics center’s innovation strategy,drastically reduce logistics costs,enhance logistics quality,and guarantee the long-term,sustainable growth of steel logistics transportation.The practical importance of this for the growth of TISCO’s logistics center is clear,and it can be used as a reference for other domestic logistics businesses. |
