| Compared with foreign countries,domestic asset custody business started late,but because it can bring stable income and a large number of funds precipitation,asset custody business in the domestic development is very rapid.G Bank is a medium-sized joint-stock commercial bank in China.Its asset custody department was established in2008.The Taiyuan branch of Bank G was established in 2017.At the beginning of its establishment,the branch attached great importance to the asset custody business.Through five years’ development,the asset custody business of the branch has made certain achievements,but it also faces many development bottlenecks.This paper attempts to find a feasible solution to help G Bank Taiyuan branch out of the current asset custody business difficulties,enhance the competitiveness of the business market.This paper first introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis of the asset custody business to pave the way for the follow-up research;This paper sums up and analyzes the problems in the scale,income,system and talents existing in the course of the development of the branch’s business,this paper makes an in-depth analysis on the internal and external environment and competitive environment of the asset custody business of Taiyuan branch of G Bank.Finally,this paper tries to find a way to promote the development of the bank’s asset custody business,to solve the current problems,and to provide business strategy support and guarantee measures for the sustainable development of the bank’s asset custody business.On the basis of the author’s many years of experience in bank custody business,based on the actual development of asset custody business of G Bank Taiyuan Branch,this paper conducts relevant analysis and research,i hope it can promote the development of asset custody of G Bank Taiyuan Branch and help the high-quality development of the bank’s business in the local area. |
