| Poverty is a persistent disease in the long history of human development,and to eliminate poverty any country in the world must face the eternal problem of modernization.In 2020,the poverty alleviation war in our country was a total victory.Based on the poverty standards currently established,the 98.99 million rural poor people in our country have been lifted out of poverty,the problem of absolute poverty,which has plagued the Chinese nation for thousands of years,has been solved historically,and China’s poverty reduction has achieved a major victory.However,we still need to clearly recognize that poverty is not a single dimension of income,but a multidimensional poverty including income poverty,health poverty,education poverty,capacity poverty and opportunity poverty.With the continuous development of Internet technology,the coverage of the network is increasing year by year.Digital Pratt & Whitney Finance,which is characterized by“Digital”,“Inclusive” and “Financial”,has further expanded the development form of Pratt& Whitney Finance.Digital Pratt & Whitney Finance on the basis of Pratt & Whitney Finance,based on our country’s big data internet and other technological development background,has played its unique role in poverty alleviation,and has become an important complement to traditional Pratt & Whitney Financial Services.On the one hand,the research on the multidimensional poverty reduction effect of digital Pratt & Whitney Finance can further improve the understanding of the poverty reduction effect of digital Pratt & Whitney Finance,so as to better carry out the task of relative poverty alleviation.On the other hand,it can show that digital technology can empower the channels of poverty alleviation and help the poor groups to achieve permanent and independent poverty alleviation.This paper describes the level of rural poverty from three dimensions: income poverty,education poverty and health poverty,and constructs a multidimensional poverty index,using figures from 31 provinces published by the Internet Finance Research Center of Peking University,the Pratt & Whitney Financial Index for 2011-2020,by using a econometrics model,this paper studies the poverty reduction effect of digital Pratt &Whitney’s financial development level on multidimensional poverty alleviation,reveals the mechanism of digital Pratt & Whitney’s financial effect on poverty alleviation,and conducts a multidimensional heterogeneity analysis,(1)Digital Pratt & Whitney Finance can alleviate rural income poverty,education poverty and health poverty.(2)mechanism test shows that digital Pratt & Whitney Finance can alleviate multidimensional poverty by easing the constraints of rural financing and promoting the upgrading of industrial structure.(3)Digital Pratt & Whitney there are regional and group differences in the effect of financial poverty reduction,i.e.the coastal areas are better than the inland areas,and the youth group is better than the elderly group. |
