| With the acceleration of the high-quality development of Chinese manufacturing industry,the machine tool industry,as the "industrial mother machine" of the manufacturing industry,has become increasingly important.In the competition in the machine tool industry,quality is the core element to win the market.However,the current research lacks scientific,reasonable and quantitative evaluation and prediction of the quality competitiveness of the machine tool industry,and the relationship between the changes in the quality competitiveness of the machine tool industry and the machine tool industry chain is not clear enough.The lack of these studies is not conducive to decision makers to make correct judgments on the development of the quality competitiveness of Chinese machine tool industry,and then take targeted measures to improve the level of quality competitiveness of Chinese machine tool industry.In view of the shortcomings of the above research,this article mainly conducts the following three aspects of research: First,build a quality competitiveness evaluation system for the machine tool industry,and conduct a scientific and reasonable evaluation of the quality competitiveness of china’s machine tool industry from 2005 to 2019 in terms of quality level and development capability;secondly,based on the wavelet transform and the ARMA model,the machine tool industry quality competitiveness prediction model is constructed,and the development of the quality competitiveness of the machine tool industry in 2020 and 2021 was predicted;finally,the quality competitiveness of the machine tool industry and the industrial chain The relationship and influence path among the industries of CNC devices,abrasives and tool measuring instruments.The research results show that: the quality competitiveness of Chinese machine tool industry has lacked growth momentum in recent years,and the growth has been relatively slow.From the perspective of the sub-indices of quality competitiveness evaluation,in terms of quality level,Chinese machine tool industry is unable to meet the quality requirements of highgrade machine tools,and the quality level is gradually decreasing.In terms of development capabilities,the quality of talents in the machine tool industry has been continuously improved,scientific research results have been frequently produced,the development capability shows a fluctuating and rising state;the prediction results of the quality competitiveness of China’s machine tool industry show that the quality competitiveness of China’s machine tool industry will slowly rise;through studying the relationship between the quality competitiveness of the machine tool industry and the industrial chain It is found that the machine tool industry chain is led by the machine tool industry,which drives the development of the component industry.The overall connection is relatively close,but there are some inconsistencies.The product level of other nodes in the industry chain has a certain impact on the quality competitiveness of the machine tool industry. |
