| In China’s agricultural exports Japan’s strict technical barriers to trade obstacles in the process, the proportion of China’s agricultural exports in the Asian area from Japan gradually turned to the asean region, but Japan is still China’s agricultural exports a potential and huge market. The improvement of relevant technology is a long and difficult process. The establishment and operation of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership agreement(RCEP)provides a great opportunity for China to solve this problem. This thesis first integrates the relevant theories and characteristics of technical barriers to trade, and combs the main measures of Japan in technical barriers to trade and the establishment of RCEP some basic situation, and makes a simple analysis of the current situation facing China.Secondly, through a detailed analysis of the total export of China’s agricultural products to the world and RCEP region,as well as to other RCEP member countries in the past 20 years,it is found that China’s export of agricultural products to both the world and RCEP region is on the rise, while the proportion of China’s export to Japan is gradually shifting to ASEAN.Moreover, most types of agricultural products exported from China to Japan show a downward trend, not a sharp decline of a certain type of agricultural products. And then qualitatively analyzed the Japanese technical barriers to trade impact on China’s export,by extracting the RCEP derate tariff, cancel import quotas and cut the importance of technical barriers to trade policy to predict its improvement of China’s agricultural products exported to Japan, and combined with GTAP under different levels of technical barriers to trade to cut the empirical quantitative forecast analysis,It is found that the higher the reduction of technical barriers to trade in RCEP,the higher the GDP,welfare and output of each member country, the better the import and export trade and terms of trade, and the better the export of all kinds of Agricultural products to Japan in China. Finally,on the basis of the conclusions drawn in this thesis, suggestions are put forward on how to promote RCEP development, deepen technical consultation, reduce technical barriers and promote agricultural export in China in the future. |
