In recent years,under the realistic background of profound changes in social zeitgeist,the moral concept and social identity of the new generation of young employees have also undergone great changes.And this kind of change has put forward the higher level request to the current bank management system directly.As the main carrier of commercial banks’ daily business,young employees play an important role in commercial banks,and play an important role in professional and technical positions and business management positions.NY Rural Credit Cooperative has officially confirmed the recruitment plan of full-time college students since 2010,which makes the proportion of young employees in NY rural Credit Cooperative increase continuously and has become an important part of the staff of NY Rural Credit Cooperative.The structural characteristics of youth staff also lead to NY Rural Credit Cooperatives with high turnover rate and low enthusiasm.The emergence of these problems fully shows that in the current stage of NY Rural credit Cooperatives in the operation of incentive strategy,there is a lack of incentive effect.As a result,the work efficiency of NY Rural Credit Cooperative’s young staff group cannot be deeply played.This situation also has a negative impact on the daily operation of NY Rural Credit Cooperative.Therefore,how to optimize the current incentive strategy to achieve a high level of incentive for young employees has become a key issue for NY Rural Credit Cooperative to achieve a high level of business development.In this paper,based on the relevant incentive theory,based on the NY young employees incentive strategy of current rural credit cooperatives and the present situation of practice,through the integrated use of literature research,questionnaire survey,interviews and other research methods,at the same time the introduction of IPA analysis model,realize the NY incentives of deep excavation,rural credit cooperatives using modern enterprise incentive theory and management thinking,Put forward targeted incentive strategies for young staff of NY Rural Credit Cooperative,stabilize young staff,mobilize work enthusiasm,and realize the future development plan of rural credit Cooperative.The main research indicators of this paper include salary and welfare,performance assessment,career planning and staff training,etc.,hoping to clarify the existing problems of the incentive policy of NY Rural Credit Cooperative through multidimensional research,so as to design a set of reasonable incentive strategies for young employees,stimulate their work enthusiasm,and effectively guide the efforts of young employees.Through research,it is found that the lack of incentive policies for young employees in NY Rural Credit Cooperative at the present stage mainly lies in low salary level,unobstructed promotion channels,long working hours,outdated management mode,etc.In the light of the concrete problem,the lack of incentive policy combining with NY the reality of the rural credit cooperatives operating conditions and characteristics of the young employees group,the optimization scheme is proposed: to establish scientific and perfect compensation management mechanism,establish a sound mechanism for selection and appointment of incentive,strengthening the work environment,pay attention to enterprise culture construction,create a good working atmosphere.Through optimization measures to further enhance the professional sense of belonging and identity of the young staff of NY Rural Credit Cooperative,release the work efficiency of young staff,further enhance the cohesion of NY Rural Credit Cooperative team,and finally realize the efficient operation of NY Rural Credit Cooperative daily business and high-level management of young staff team. |
