Nangong Rural Credit Union is the backbone of Nangong rural financial system,and it is in the key stage of rural commercial bank reform.In recent years,with the development of market economy,the degree of financial opening in the region is higher and higher.Nangong rural credit cooperatives are competing for the financial market with the four traditional banks.In recent years,with the presence of Xingtai bank,Hebei bank and Cangzhou bank,the competition among the banking industry in Nangong city is increasingly fierce.The most important factor to determine the core competitiveness of banks is the human resources held by banks.Many banks have incorporated the realization of efficient operation of human resources into the construction of future development strategies.Throughout the whole modern human resource management system,it is not difficult to find that incentive measures play a huge role in strengthening the enthusiasm of talent work.Taking incentive measures can further realize the formation of talents and the continuous stability of talent team,which is of great significance to stimulate individual creativity in work.Nangong rural credit cooperatives want to occupy a place in the highly competitive market at this stage,they need to pay more attention to talents,especially young employees.Young employees,as the fresh blood of credit cooperatives and the main force of business development,shoulder the responsibility of future growth and expansion of credit cooperatives.In this paper,Nangong rural credit cooperatives under the age of 35 as the research object,including both the post-80 s employees who have a long working experience,but also a large number of post-90 s employees who have just contacted the work.Based on the incentive theory,this paper collected a series of problems in the incentive measures adopted by Nangong rural credit cooperatives for employees' work behaviors through questionnaire survey.Combined with the collection,collation and research of these problems,the paper accurately and objectively analyzes the specific situation and defects of the current work on the compensation incentive level of Credit Cooperatives: the compensation incentive mechanism of credit cooperatives needs to be further improved;the performance appraisal system has not yet been updated and fully improved;because the training work is not carried out in place,the incentive measures are difficult to achieve the pre-set Besides,there is the problem of single promotion channel.Based on the current development situation and future development strategy of the credit union,this paper analyzes and studies the above fouraspects,and puts forward the corresponding incentive measures optimization scheme from the aspects of optimizing the salary system,comprehensively realizing the establishment of performance appraisal system,strengthening the intensity and density of training,and realizing the diversification of promotion channels.Starting from the four elements of salary system,performance appraisal,training and promotion,this topic optimizes and controls the follow-up of incentive,and then fundamentally adjusts the staff's mentality,helps the staff to eliminate the negative emotions in the early stage,and promotes the staff to devote themselves to work with better physical and mental state and full enthusiasm.This topic provides practical development suggestions for promoting the overall operation vitality and development strength of Nangong rural credit cooperatives,and has a guiding significance for promoting the core competitiveness of Nangong rural credit cooperatives in the banking industry in this region and ensuring their own stable and healthy development.Nangong Rural Credit Union,as one of the local county financial institutions,shows a significant typicality.Therefore,the analysis results of this local county financial institution can be further applied to the follow-up research of other regional county financial institutions,and also can provide practical reference for the later research of the academic community.
