The full play of talent enthusiasm is crucial in the practice of enterprise management,and employees,as the smallest unit in the enterprise,are full of vitality and have an efficient state when working,which is what organizational managers expect very much,that is,they are full of vitality in their work.However,global competition is becoming increasingly fierce,based on the development of enterprises,the past long-term stable employment model has become flexible and diverse;at the same time,China’s economy is also developing at a high speed and high quality,industrial structure adjustment is in full swing,the large-scale application of artificial intelligence and automation will eliminate some positions while generating new jobs;in addition,the new crown epidemic has occurred,some enterprises have fallen into operational difficulties,and enterprises have become one of the countermeasures to reduce wages and layoffs.Based on the above reality,the organization’s employees have uncertainties and even anxieties about their current jobs and future career developments.Employees’ job insecurity,that is,the uncertainty and anxiety about their careers,has aroused the attention of the issue of employability,and employees hope to obtain the satisfaction of employment safety needs through the improvement of employability.Based on the theory of resource conservation and the theory of psychological contract,this study explores the relationship between employability,job insecurity,work vitality and procedural fairness,and attempts to answer whether employability can significantly positively affect work vitality,whether job insecurity plays an intermediary role between employability and work vitality,and under what conditions,employability has different effects on job insecurity.This study collected309 questionnaires and conducted an empirical study of this issue,and concluded that the following findings are: significantly positive impact of employability on work vitality;significant negative impact of employability on job insecurity;significant negative impact of job insecurity on work vitality;partial mediating between employability and work vitality;and procedural fairness playing a moderating role between employability and job insecurity.This study deeply analyzes the influencing mechanism of employability on work vitality,clarifies the boundary conditions of employability on job insecurity,and enriches the research between related variables.
