In recent decades, the external business environment is increasingly volatile, internal facing process reengineering, strategic alliances, outsourcing, mergers and acquisitions, organizational changes such as the flat organizational structure, companies are increasingly difficult to guarantee lifetime employment for staff, these changes increase employees'insecurity of losing their jobs or some important feature of their jobs. This paper overall analyzes the content of the employability, job insecurity and job performance, described how employability has a positive impact on job performance through job insecurity in the process by an empirical approach.In the process of study, this paper performs reliability and validity analysis, variance analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, structural equation model analysis on the collected data, after demonstrating the overall model and sub-model of employability, job insecurity and job performance, which comes to the following conclusions: 1, employability has a negative impact on job insecurity, playing a certain role of persuasion; 2, employability has a significant indirect effect through job insecurity on job performance; 3, employability has a significant positive impact on job performance. Finally, the article also discusses how to enhance the dynamic management of employability and the effective guidance of job insecurity to promote job performance.This paper not only builds the overall model of the overall relationship among the three variables, but also makes the study of the internal dimensions between the sub-model, interpreting the internal mechanism of the deep impact on the overall relationship. Dynamic management of employability and effective dredge of job insecurity discussion have an important practical significance. |
