With the arrival of the boundless career era,great changes have taken place in employees' working attitude.The influence of various inside and outside the organization on individual work attitude has gradually become the focus of human resource workers and researchers,and a series of achievements have been accomplished.However,in the previous studies,environmental factors have been taken into account,the influence of personal factors has been ignored.Some researchers pointed out that employability is the key factor affecting the specific work behaviors and work attitude of employees.But there are few empirical studies on employability in China,which need more research to enrich.In order to explore the specific effects of employability on employees' work attitude(including turnover intention and job satisfaction),on the basis of previous researches and relevant theories,this study mainly aim to discuss the relationship between employability,turnover intention,and job satisfaction,concentrating on the mediating role of work value.450 employees were invited to complete the questionnaires about employability,turnover intention,job satisfaction,and work value on the internet.The data was analyzed by SPSS 23.0 and Amos 23.0.The results are as follows.1)External employability has a significantly positive relationship with employees'turnover intention,job satisfaction and work values.2)There was a significant positive correlation between the dimensions of workvalues and turnover intention,and there was a significant positive correlationbetween the three dimensions of work values and job satisfaction.3)External employability can significantly predict turnover intention and jobsatisfaction positively.Reputation status factors play a complete mediatingeffect between external employability and turnover intention,while health carefactors play a partial mediating effect between external employability and workattitudes.4)Internal employability negatively predict turnover intention,and positivelypredict job satisfaction.Health care factors play a part of mediating role betweenemployability and turnover intention,and development factors of work valuesplay a partial mediating role between internal employability and job satisfaction.
