In recent years,with the rapid development of modern society and the support of various national policies,micro,small and medium-sized enterprises have grown rapidly,especially in the sinking market during the epidemic.At the same time,the country has paid great attention to the development of modern service industry,the scope of the service industry has been subdivided,the agency bookkeeping industry has a preliminary development.Especially under the background of the rapid development of "Internet +" accounting intelligent technology,the agency bookkeeping industry has developed very rapidly,which plays a significant role in the rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises,the steady improvement of the market economy,government public service departments,local economic transformation and upgrading,and has a broad market prospect.At the same time,with the continuous reform of the accounting system and tax law,for small and micro business owners who can not grasp the latest policies in real time,it is undoubtedly wise to entrust the industrial and commercial tax to the bookkeeping company.This paper takes LS Company as the research object,through the elaboration of7 Ps service marketing theory and customer satisfaction theory,the company’s product introduction,service pricing,business layout,promotion channels,personnel structure,service process,tangible display seven aspects of overview and analysis;At the same time through customer satisfaction questionnaire,theoretical research and data analysis,analysis of LS company’s fiscal and tax service marketing status,summed up LS company’s main problems;In addition,through to the LS company customer interviews,summed up the LS company bookkeeping agency fiscal and taxation service marketing optimization scheme,respectively from the optimization service product content,realize the rationalization of fees,improve the solution efficiency,optimization of promotion strategy,perfect training system,strengthening the brand effect,optimize management mode of the seven aspects specific optimization scheme and safeguard measures are put forward.Finally,this paper hopes to help LS company better understand the status of the company in the bookkeeping industry,as well as the problems faced in the finance and tax service marketing,and provide strategic decision-making reference for the management of LS company,and entrepreneurs in the same or similar industries.
