The development of modern enterprises needs the strategy and strategy of enterprise accounting.In the context of the continuous improvement and development of the market economy in China,especially in the eighteen major countries,a series of policies have been introduced to promote economic development,and the "Mass entrepreneurship and innovation" from the activation of the vitality of the domestic economy to the international regional trade."The Belt and Road",promote the prosperity and development of accounting service industry,and provide professional service to the accounting bookkeeping company is one of the important links representative.With the gradual reduction of the entry threshold for the accounting service industry in China and the continuous improvement of the laws and regulations of the state in the field of accounting,the demand for the agent account business of various types of enterprises is on the rise in a straight line,which greatly promotes the growth of the number of agency bookkeeping companies.In the interior of many small and medium-sized enterprises,for the sake of saving capital and so on,the accounting posts will not be set up,or only cashiers are set up,and they will not be equipped with full-time accountants,but special financial consulting companies or agent bookkeeping companies are invited to carry out financial accounts.As a new financial solution,agent bookkeeping has been accepted and trusted by more and more small and medium enterprises,especially entrepreneurs,acting as the accounting role of many small and medium-sized enterprises,and the number of agent bookkeeping companies is gradually increasing.This article makes a comprehensive summary of the status quo of DH’s agency bookkeeping business from four aspects: the company’s basic situation,business situation,regional characteristics and market prospects.At the same time,we use SWOT analysis tools to make a comprehensive analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of DH bookkeeping business and the opportunities and challenges it faces.Thirdly,through the design of the questionnaire,this paper makes a survey of the senior managers in each industry from the enterprise industry,the scale,the nature,the financial outsourcing,the understanding of the agency account business,the service preference and so on,to understand the degree and recognition of the agency business to the agent accounting business,and to account for the DH company.The influence factors of marketing promotion are further analyzed,and the market segmentation,target market selection and market positioning of the agency accounting business of DH company are carried out by STP analysis.Finally,through the above summary analysis,the marketing concept of DH company is set up,the marketing strategy of agent accounting business is selected and planned,and the marketing promotion strategy which can adapt to the regional development and conform to the DH company’s own development plan is formulated.The development of agent accounting business of DH company is based on its own advantages.On the premise of understanding the related theories of marketing management,through the combination of theory and practice,the marketing promotion strategy is formulated which conforms to the development of the industry,the current situation of the region and the company itself,and focuses on the development of the old customers on the basis of the marketing of the people.Users recommend new customers,give full play to the advantages of network marketing,establish WeChat public number and promote Baidu cooperation,actively carry out public relations activities.At the same time,it puts forward the guarantee measures for the marketing promotion strategy of DH company’s agent accounting business.Through the continuous enhancement of the business level,we can accelerate the improvement of the internal management system,build the marketing team,strengthen the risk management,and lay a solid foundation for the enterprise to open the market.
