The pharmaceutical circulation industry is a vital link in the pharmaceutical industry.It undertakes pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises and products upward,connects hospital pharmacies and other consumer terminals downward,and delivers pharmaceutical products to consumers through hospitals,medical institutions,retail pharmacies and other circulation channels,closely related to people’s health and well-being.With the rapid advancement of the "Internet Plus" national strategy,the deepening of the reform of the connection between medicine,medical care,and medical insurance,the coordinated development of the whole pharmaceutical industry ecological chain has become inevitable.The policies related to the reform of the medical and health system,such as the "two ticket system","purchase of pharmaceutical consumables in quantity",and the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the High Quality Development of the Pharmaceutical Circulation Industry during the"Fourteenth Five Year Plan "period,have been introduced continuously.In addition,the process of digital transformation of various industries has accelerated,so the transformation and development of pharmaceutical commercial companies as pharmaceutical circulation enterprises has become particularly important.B pharmaceutical commercial company actively adapts to the changes in the external environment,actively seeks change,and is in the forefront of the transformation team of pharmaceutical distribution enterprises.Based on the business of traditional pharmaceutical commercial distribution,B Pharmaceutical Commercial Company vigorously expands online channels,actively explores the innovative business model of FBBC composite integrated platform,builds a broad platform connecting pharmaceutical product manufacturing,end customers and consumers,and realizes efficient and rapid distribution of pharmaceutical products.At the same time,B Pharmaceutical Commercial Company actively implemented brand strategy,strengthened brand management,steadily improved brand awareness,strengthened government relations,and did a good job in digital service marketing;By tapping the needs of upstream and downstream suppliers and customers,we can improve our more professional and efficient service capabilities and reach consumers in a timely manner.The major research material of this paper is the service marketing strategy of B pharmaceutical commercial firm,and it employs the methods of literature research,case study,inquiry,and research.By understanding the development mode of various companies to accelerate reform in the pharmaceutical circulation industry,and elaborating the development status of B Pharmaceutical Commercial Company,the author collected and summarized the company’s relevant information through various ways,combed the company’s shortcomings in terms of personnel turnover,expansion,service process,etc.in service marketing,and analyzed the existing problems and the causes,combined with the 7Ps service marketing portfolio theory,customer relationship theory,Deeply analyze the causes of the problems,make it clear that the problems mainly come from external competitive pressure and internal exploration is incomplete,and put forward optimization suggestions for the problems.This research can not only play a positive role in promoting the future development of the company,but also play a reference role in the development of other enterprises in the industry.
