| Along with the rapid economic growth of China and the rapid accumulation of wealth,the financial demand of the masses is increasingly exuberant,and the retail business of Chinese commercial banks enters the "fast lane" growth stage.The retail business of commercial banks serves natural persons and families,and has the characteristics of broad and dispersed customer groups,small amount of single business but large amount of business,diversified and personalized customer needs,etc.Retail business team building is an important link for commercial banks to shape core competitive advantages and guarantee and lead the retail business development.This paper takes the retail business team of Anqing Branch of J Bank as the research object.Based on years of working experience in the retail business team of Anqing Branch of J Bank,the author comprehensively read a lot of relevant literature and case analysis,applied theoretical knowledge such as team,team building and commercial bank operation and management,and started from the current situation of the retail business team building of Anqing Branch of J Bank,deeply analyzed the problems existing in the retail business team building of Anqing Branch of J Bank and the reasons for the problems.Finally,based on the actual operation and management of Anqing Branch of J Bank,a systematic team building optimization scheme was proposed from six aspects: team goal setting,team member allocation,team training management,team communication and collaboration,team assessment and incentive,and team promotion management.The research results of this paper provide systematic and targeted operation guidance for optimizing the retail business team building of Anqing Branch of J Bank,and provide reference for the team building of each business line of commercial banks. |
