As we all know,the current banking industry is developing at a high speed,adapting to the rapid changes of The Times.In addition,with the rapid rise of Internet finance,physical branches and counter personnel are gradually reduced,and the competition in the banking industry is becoming more intense in the continuous transformation.As far as banking is concerned,traditional banking has disappeared completely.Interest rate marketization of be vividly portrayed,the original traditional banking profit spreads as the main profit management mode and the inertia of thinking,it is difficult to support the current banking profits continuously,more and more domestic large state-owned Banks,joint-stock Banks,city commercial Banks are thinking and planning a retail business strategic transformation.In this so-called new normal,Banks are laying out strategic plans suitable for their sustainable development according to their policy advantages and geographical advantages.The strategic transformation of expanding bank retail business has become the unified direction in the current development of banking industry and played the most important role in the process of banking business operation.The department and team undertaking the transformation of the retail business of Banks are the retail business team,and the effect of the construction of the retail business team determines the success or failure of the strategic transformation of enterprises.Therefore,how to build A competitive retail business team in the market,obtain more market shares,and improve the enthusiasm of the retail business team of A branch of fudian bank has become the focus of this paper.Based on related literature review,from the classical theory in teaching literature,learn to apply MBA program of human resource management,business management,organizational behavior,such as knowledge structure,combined with the author's work unit,work experience and the actual problems,team building on A rich yunnan bank branch and retail business situation to optimize the problem analysis and problem solving.The research results of this paper can not only be used as A reference in the process of retail business transformation of fudian bank,but also,more importantly,can be directly used in the comprehensive operation management and retail team construction of A sub-branch of the author,so as to optimize the business performance,management system,personnel allocation and team building of the sub-branch.
