Research On The Impact Path Of Resource Orchestration On Performance Of XT Companies

The field of information technology is booming in the world.It is the embodiment of the country’s future competitiveness.Therefore,the country attaches great importance to the development of the domestic information technology industry.In order to promote the development of domestic information technology industry,and even catch up with the development of foreign industries,the state issued the “14th Five-Year Plan” for the development of Software and information Software information technology industry is a major category,system integration service industry is the following branch.Systemically integrated service industries play an important role in supporting and leading the development of the country’s economy and society.Since the development of information technology in foreign countries is many years earlier than that in China,the foreign system integration industry is far ahead of the domestic system integration industry,and the domestic system integration industry is in the initial stage.Therefore,the country accelerates the development of the domestic system integration industry by introducing foreign upstream enterprises in the industry.State support for system integration in the industry is very big,not only offering tax breaks,and mandatory tilt resources,colleges and universities must be the winner of the bidding of domestic enterprises,therefore,in system integration chain,foreign enterprises in the industrial chain,take the role of the upstream,domestic enterprises take the role of downstream.Resource management is also very important for the development of current enterprises.Resource orchestration is one of the latest trends in resource management.In this context,this paper selects XT company in the system integration industry to study the impact path of resource orchestration on enterprise performance.In view of this,this paper raises three questions: Is resource orchestration effective in improving enterprise performance? How does resource orchestration affect enterprise performance? What is the impact of resource orchestration sub-processes(resource composition,resource bundling,resource utilization)on enterprise performance?According to the above questions,this paper conducts research from five aspects,based on literature analysis and case analysis.First,this paper introduces the background of the topic,and then introduces the significance of the study,the summary of documents,the thinking and methodology of the study,as well as the shortcomings of the study.Secondly,defines the concept of resource arrangement and enterprise performance,explains the theoretical basis of resource arrangement,and introduces the application status of resource arrangement.Then introduce the company overview,the company’s resource orchestration implementation and effect;The fourth is to analyze the impact of resource orchestration on enterprise performance from three sub-processes: resource combination,resource bundling and resource utilization.In the end,the conclusion is obtained,and the corresponding measures and recommendations are proposed.Through the above research,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)Reasonable resource arrangement can effectively improve enterprise performance.(2)Resources are needed in the early stage of resource arrangement,but more attention is paid to managers’ management and organizational ability in the later stage.(3)Reasonable resource arrangement comprehensively improves enterprise performance from four levels(customer level,financial level,internal process level,learning and growth level).(4)The influence of resource scheduling sub-process on enterprise performance has different emphasis.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward the following three countermeasures and suggestions: First,XT Company should improve the management ability and organizational ability of the management.Second,the integration of small enterprises within the system integration industry.Third,the state governs the industry from the perspective of resource arrangement.
