Tourism plays an increasingly important role in the development of national economy.S City,as an emerging central city at the intersection of Anhui,Jiangsu,Shandong and Henan provinces,has shown a good trend of tourism development in recent years.As the leader of tourism development in S City,S wildlife Park is the largest wildlife park with the largest number of animals in Huaihai Economic Zone,and it is also a famous city name card of S City.Through the early market development and promotion,S wildlife Park has a certain popularity.However,as the global economy,especially the tourism industry,has been hit hard by the COVID-19 epidemic,the problems such as the reduced number of tourists,declining tourism income and serious staff loss have become prominent.At present,S Wildlife Park is in urgent need of optimizing its tourism marketing strategy to adapt to the development and change of tourism under the normal epidemic prevention and control.This article with S wildlife park as the research object,using the case study method,through external questionnaire,internal depth interview,analyze the normalized epidemic prevention and control under the S wildlife park tourism marketing development situation,the main problems,and based on the digital tourism marketing theory normalized epidemic prevention and control under the S wildlife park tourism marketing optimization strategy.This article on the basis of review tourism marketing related theory,analyzes the S wildlife park tourism marketing under the normalized epidemic prevention and control of tourism products content single,marketing channel conformism,promotion propaganda become a mere formality,the lack of maintenance problems,put forward the digital tourism marketing as the center of the normalized epidemic prevention and control of S wildlife park tourism marketing strategy optimization scheme.According to the analysis of this article,To optimize the tourism marketing strategy of S wildlife park under the normal epidemic prevention and control,We must take tourist needs as the guidance,dehomogenization as the core,and digital transformation as the focus,Also focusing on content marketing,Strengthen tourism attraction;Adopt multi-channel marketing,Improve tourism visibility;Increase the regular sales promotion,Stimulate tourism curiosity;Create interactive marketing,Win the tourism affinity;Promote integrated marketing,Extend the tourism industry chain,So as to achieve the economic and social goals of the satisfaction of tourists and the profit of tourist attractions under the normal epidemic prevention and control,It also has a reference role in optimizing the tourism marketing strategy of theme parks in the same industry.
