Research On Industrial Space Optimization In Underdeveloped Areas Under The Guidance Of High-Quality Development

Industry is the key to economic development and the foundation of regional economic development.As the support of industrial foundation,industrial background and industrial development,industrial space has a significant impact on the enterprise settlement,industrial agglomeration,integration of regional resources,and driving social and economic development.It can effectively promote the development of spatial economy and the evolution of industrial structure.As China’s economy enters the new normal era,high-quality development provides new opportunities and challenges for economic industries in underdeveloped areas.How to optimize industrial space,guide industrial agglomeration and integration,and speed up regional innovation and economic structure adjustment are major issues that need to be studied urgently in many underdeveloped areas.Starting from the actual development situation of underdeveloped areas,experts and scholars in various fields have explored and studied the industrial positioning guidance,linkage integration,spatial optimization and resource integration,so as to innovate the industrial development path under the guidance of high-quality development.This paper focuses on the in-depth analysis of its action mechanism and regulation guidance from the perspective of industrial space,puts forward the strategies and methods of industrial space optimization with the help of high-quality development,and discusses it in combination with the practice of specific projects,in order to provide a practical implementation starting point for local economic development.Longshan County is located in the northwest of Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in Hunan Province.Longshan is a country that has a unique cultural connotation and ethnic charm.As for the current situation of industrial development in the county,like other underdeveloped areas in China,the industrial economy needs to be upgraded,transformed,and improved.In the master plan and special plans of Longshan County,industrial development including agriculture,tourism,and other related industries,is a focal point of development and an important grasp of the future high-quality development of the county.In this context,this paper regards the industrial space of Longshan County as the research object and focuses on exploring the ways to optimize the industrial structure and industrial layout of Longshan County through resource combing,industrial selection,and industrial integration,combining project practice of landscape and stockaded village planning,which can provide a new boost to the high-quality economic development of Longshan County.This thesis can be divided into four parts.The first part is an introductory part that proposes the research topic from the actual situation of regional development background and local development’s needs.Additionally,this part explains the necessity and significance of the research topic,which not only can enrich the theoretical connotation of industrial research,but also can practically solve the real industrial development problems and has a reference effect on the industrial space optimization of the same type of regions.The second part is the theoretical research of the thesis.First of all,this part enriches the connotation of industrial space theory from the aspect of basic theory and clarifies the interrelationship and mechanism of action between high-quality development and industrial space.Secondly,it proposes specific strategies for industrial space optimization in less developed regions from the perspective of methodology,mainly including integration of resource elements,a combination of industry structure,spatial layout association,and project realization synthesis.The third part is the empirical research part of the thesis,regarding regional economic development as the background and problem analysis as the entry point,analyzing specific problems of industrial space development in Longshan County and proposing specific industrial strategies in a targeted manner;The thesis takes the key project of landscape and stockaded village as the demonstration and elaborates the implementation and operation of specific project practices on regional strategies to enhance the persuasiveness and verify the validity.The fourth part is the conclusion of the thesis which summarizes the basic conclusions and innovations of the thesis research.Overall,this thesis research further enriches the connotation of the basic theoretical study of industrial space.The research argues that a reasonable industrial space layout is an important representation of high-quality development,optimization of industrial space is an effective way for high-quality development in less developed regions and industrial space optimization is the result of the joint action of diversified approaches.On this basis,the thesis proposes industrial space optimization strategies for less developed regions.In addition,the essay conducts empirical analysis and researches specific regions to effectively increase the practicability of the thesis research results which can provide guidance and reference for the high-quality development of the same type of related regions.
