Research On The High-quality Development Of New Urbanization Based On The Perspective Of Industry-city Integration

It has already made great achievements since the new-type urbanization promoted in China.With the improvement of the new-type urbanization level and residents’ income level,the industrial structure optimized and upgraded gradually,which makes the development of national economy in a healthy way.However,there are some problems during the urbanization,such as the imperfect system of industrial development,the serious environment pollution and the separation of city and industrial,as well as the separation of occupation and dwell,what restrict the development of urbanization and the improvement of quality to a certain extent.According to these problems and Chinese characteristics,the government proposed a new idea of development named City-Industry Integration,which underlines integration of industry,city and population development.For the purpose of improving the quality of urbanization level and forming a virtuous cycle development mechanism between industry and city,not only can it realize the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,but also improve urban carrying capacity.In a word,it is of great significance for the government to solve the problems appeared in the process of China’s new-type urbanization.It also can improve the quality of urbanization level,which pushes China on the high quality road.The research result has universality in that the development of Zhengzhou has certain representativeness.Therefore,taking Zhengzhou as an example,from the perspective of the industrial agglomeration and city,the article made an empirical analysis among factor fusion,functional integration,space fusion and the quality of urbanization.So,it draws such a conclusion that factor fusion,functional integration and space fusion all have a positive role in improving the quality of urbanization.To be specific,space fusion has the biggest enhancement,factor fusion takes second place and space fusion is the smallest.As a result,it well be better to speed up the process of urbanization and improve the quality of the urbanization based the results.In this paper,the main research work can be classified to the following several aspects.Firstly,the writer combs other experts and scholar’s research,which is a effective way to understand the research production on city fusion.And then,it is a good way to rich the theoretical research by analyzing of the mechanism of action between the City-Industry Integration and the quality of new-type urbanization based on the research productions put forward by others recently.It also can help solve the problems emerge in the process of urbanization and improve the quality of urbanization.Secondly,according to the development core and purpose of City-Industry Integration,it is no doubt that constructing reasonable evaluation index system of City-Industry Integration could measure the real reaction scientifically adhering to the scientific,systematic,feasibility and expansibility principle.Thirdly,taking Zhengzhou as an example,the writer uses the entropy method to evaluate the level of City-Industry Integration and the quality level of new-type urbanization.Then,it is time to use econometric analysis software to estimate the effect on the quality of urbanization from City-Industry Integration.Finally,the writer puts forward relevant policy Suggestions to solve the problems according to the results of the estimate.
