| China’s civil aviation maintenance industry started late,and there are generally problems of low management level,high cost,low efficiency and long maintenance cycle.Many domestic maintenance companies need to face fierce competition in the internal environment,and in the external environment,they also need to face the constant penetration and competition of original equipment manufacturers(OEM).As a newly established civil aviation maintenance enterprise in China,RC Company provides maintenance services for communication and navigation equipment for the domestic civil passenger aircraft ARJ21.While seizing the opportunity of the rapid development of China’s civil aviation,RC also faces the challenges of increasing orders and improving service requirements.Therefore,RC company needs to optimize the maintenance business process to shorten the maintenance cycle,improve the delivery rate of maintenance orders,and enhance its competitiveness in the MRO industry.This thesis firstly described the status of RC company’s maintenance business process in details,found the problem that the efficiency of maintenance business process is low,and analyzed and diagnosed the maintenance business process,and fund the root cause of problems are as serious waiting waste,long operation time for some process steps,unclear division of labor and low level of process informatization.On this basis,this thesis used process optimization methods such as ESIA,sorted out process information flow,optimized maintenance business process steps,clarified the labors’ responsibilities,improved process informatization level,and created the process monitoring system.And put forward corresponding safeguard measures from two aspects of implementing performance appraisal and strengthening personnel training.Finally,the thesis analyzed the result of RC company’s maintenance business process optimization.The results showed that RC company had eliminated the waste problem in the maintenance business process by optimizing the maintenance business process,effectively shortened the maintenance cycle,improved the on-time delivery rate of orders,and significantly improved the performance level of the maintenance business department.By optimizing the maintenance business process of RC company,this thesis established an optimized case and model in the company,which is also conducive to promoting the practice and application of lean management in aviation maintenance enterprises,and is conducive to promoting the maintenance organization to establish a lean management model with aviation characteristics.It can provide a practical case of lean management for maintenance units in the same industry,and provide ideas and methods for maintenance process optimization,which has practical significance in the industry. |
