Research On Transformation And Development Of SQ Winery From The Perspective Of Business Ecosystem

Nowadays,the high-quality economic development has higher requirements on the transformation and development ability of various industries.Baijiu industry,which is at a critical period of transformation and upgrading,is worthy of great attention.Transformation and development will not affect the business model of a single enterprise,but also require a consistency of business models of other enterprises within the ecosystem.Therefore,transformation and development should be based on the perspective of ecosystem.With the help of business ecosystem theory,the market positioning and organizational environment of enterprises can be analyzed more scientifically,and thus provide more convincing conditions for their strategic layout of transformation and development.At present,when Baijiu industry is facing the need of strategic transformation,SQ,as a typical representative of small and medium-sized Baijiu enterprises,begins to explore the transformation under challenges and pressures brought by internal and external environment.The transformation and development of SQ winery can help build a new business ecosystem located in the core niche,in order to realize systematic resource integration,value creation and value sharing.Focusing on the transformation and development of SQ,through case analysis,theoretical analysis,interview and investigation,literature research and others,this paper conducts dynamic analysis from the perspective of business ecosystem for small and medium-sized Baijiu enterprises.Taking SQ winery as an example,this research,with the help of the theory of organizational change,designs an interview and investigation framework and organizes the implementation conforming to the current transformation trend.Aiming at the transformation of SQ winery and the problems it faces,through internal and external,subjective and objective overall analysis,objectives,plans,measures and suggestions of enterprise transformation are further put forward.Risks of this enterprise are effectively reduced and efficiency is highly improved.This paper is divided into seven chapters.The introduction,mainly describes background,main content,theme,structure,tentative outcome and significance.In the literature review part of this paper,mainly includes the literature research on business ecosystem and organizational change theory at home and abroad.At the stage of research background and data collation,it introduces the basic situation of the research object SQ,designs the research proposal and its implementation,and finally summarizes the data.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the transformation and development process of SQ in three stages: the original stage,the transformation exploration stage and the transformation innovation stage.The fifth chapter is the analysis of the internal and external environment of SQ from the perspective of ecosystem.The main opportunities and challenges faced by SQ are listed from the analysis of the industrial ecological environment;the new position,main advantages and disadvantages of the winery’s ecological role are analyzed from both internal ecological environments.The six chapter is the transformation and development suggestions from three aspects: bridging the weakness in the transformation,shaping the long board positioning of the transformation and the breakthrough points of transformation.The last part is the summary of the full text and the prospect of the future.By analyzing the internal and external background of SQ transformation and development,especially the dynamic changes of the industry ecology,this paper conducts strategic guidance from the perspective of the business ecosystem through scientific management methods,and carries out strategic planning and implementation of the transformation according to the specific problems of SQ.However,overall,the transformation and development effect of SQ still needs to be improved.
