The communications industry has always developed as the leader in the overseas and it is much more profitable than traditional manufacturing, but the profit has been declining, the competition has becoming increasingly fierce, and the future development is also facing a "ceiling" effect. Therefore, the communications enterprises need to think of crisis, change, and innovation.Communications industry is the first to contact the "Internet+" technology, and has deep insight for the "Internet+" features and business models, but the domestic enterprises, including the well-known communication industry Huawei and the second-tier enterprise representative Maipu, is still subject to the traditional thinking and modes. Like Huawei, even with the early rapid development, the cost is also great, and the future growth space is severely limited.Under this background, this article firstly sorts out the literature of international development from the following three aspects:International development theory, market entry mode and expansion theory. Then the article has analysis C2C business ecosystem model in the rise of "Internet plus" under the new economy and its three core (Value proposition of humanistic care, mutual trust network connection & Intelligent interactive platform system) and a keel "personalized scale". Business ecosystem model brings four major competitive advantage:Maximize the use of resources, Care of unmet needs, the new path of rapid development of the network, fast technical support. These key features and the competitive advantage of the new economy bring three aspects of impact for the internationalization of the communications industry. Firstly, break through the traditional international entry mode; Secondly, bring the new awareness and positioning of the target market, the traditional market reality may disappear in the future, more emerging markets will rise in the social network, and the traditional head of the market also becomes not so important, the long tail market which ignore in previously has become more and more important. Thirdly, it has triggered a major change in the business model of the communications industry. No matter from the front-end of customer side or the back-end of supply chain side, it changes a lot comparing with the traditional way. And all these changes performance more thoroughly in interaction in the process of internationalization. In the fourth chapter, this article makes comparisons from five aspects including international entry mode, market segmentation, front end customer, back end supply chain and business model with the following three cases like Maipu Communication from my own company, the real experience of Huawei’s international development and new business models created by companies like Italy Arduino——the most representative of the new economy and finally come to conclusion:The giants like HUAWEI need to face the potential crisis; the second or third level of company like Maipu should layout of "Internet plus" and "industry 4" from the strategic and consider their actual situation to choose the leaping development and innovation development. All the companies can only find their position in the new world of the virtual reality with focusing in front-end customer side, back-end supply chain side, deeply thinking of market segment and business model of Innovation.Finally, this paper also gives a warning to those who idle talk about the "Internet plus" mode of enterprise innovation. If the enterprise only pursuit empty shell but not build and transform the internal system, the real business model cannot landing, the enterprise itself will be struck back. Therefore, enterprises should not blindly follow the trend. They should keep highly awareness of innovation and if there is any opportunity occurs, the sword will go immediately. |
