Research On Construction And Installation Cost Management Of C Company’s Central Plaza Project

Under the conditions of market economy,the main goal of real estate enterprises is to maximize profits and improve economic efficiency,the profit of real estate is getting lower and lower.If they want to survive in the meager profit,proper cost control of real estate construction and security is an important means and measures to get more profits.With the impact of the policy economy,the real estate industry has not been able to effectively combine its own resources in the face of the fierce competitive market,to effectively control the construction and installation costs of real estate projects,the profits of real estate enterprises are affected.As a result,how to control the construction and installation cost of real estate projects,avoid unnecessary waste of resources,it plays an important role in the development of real estate enterprises.This thesis analyzes the current situation of construction and installation cost management of C company’s central plaza project,analyze the existing problems in the construction and installation cost management of C company’s central plaza project,the problems include frequent change of project design,serious waste of project bidding cost and high storage cost of construction materials.On this basis,the causes of the problems are analyzed in depth,the reasons include unfavorable cost control of project design,non-standard cost management of project bidding,non-standard cost management of construction site materials,and lack of information cost management system,and according to the reasons to formulate the cost control strategy for the construction and installation of C company’s central plaza project,including strengthening the management of project design stage,standardizing the management of project bidding,improving the control of construction site material cost,and strengthen the construction of information cost management system,at the same time,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of countermeasures and formulate corresponding safeguards,in order to help C company improve the level of construction and installation cost management of the central plaza project.
