Researchon Efficiency Evaluationof Agricultural Circular Economy In Weifang City,Shandong Province

Agriculture is the basic industry of our country and the key to maintain the stability of the market economy.Therefore,it is crucial to ensure the healthy development of agriculture.In the current situation that China is facing increasingly prominent environmental problems,it is of great practical significance to vigorously develop agricultural circular economy.However,in many places,the development of rural areas and agriculture is still relatively conservative,the attention to circular economy is insufficient,and the level of agricultural technology is not high.Through in-depth analysis of agricultural circular economy,effective evaluation of its efficiency and discussion of its existing constraints will help clarify the current situation and problems of circular economy development and provide reference for improving the development of agricultural circular economy.Weifang City is the most developed agricultural region in Shandong Province and the birthplace of national agricultural industrialization.Its agricultural technology and agricultural organization are among the top in the country,and it is also one of the large vegetable production places in northern China.As a big agricultural city,Weifang has made many explorations in the development of agricultural circular economy and developed a variety of agricultural circular economy models,but there are also some problems.Taking Weifang City as an example,the analysis of agricultural circular economy has certain representativeness.Based on this,this paper takes Weifang City,Shandong Province,as an example,to analyze the development status of its agricultural circular economy,evaluate its efficiency,and explore its existing constraints.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part describes the background,significance and research status at home and abroad.In the second part,the theories of sustainable development,agricultural ecological economics and 3R principle are briefly introduced.The third part analyzes the current situation of agricultural circular economy in Weifang,Shandong Province,focusing on the basic situation of agricultural circular economy in Weifang,the current situation of agricultural circular economy development,and the development mode of agricultural circular economy.In the fourth part,DEA model is applied to evaluate the efficiency of agricultural ecology and circular economy in Weifang City,Shandong Province,and its restrictive factors are analyzed.The fifth part summarizes the research and puts forward relevant policy recommendations.The analysis found that there are still some problems in the agricultural circular economy of Weifang City at present,which are mainly manifested as insufficient attention to circular economy,serious agricultural pollution,insufficient promotion of agricultural circular economy,and small market demand for agricultural circular economy products.Through the evaluation of the efficiency of Weifang’s circular economy,it is learned that the overall development of the agricultural circular economy in Weifang is at a low level,the resource utilization efficiency in most areas has not reached the optimal level,and the economic efficiency value of the city is low,indicating that there are problems in the input and output.Based on this,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions,including vigorously publicizing the concept of agricultural circular economy development,reasonably adjusting agricultural structure,strengthening agricultural technology development,and improving agricultural circular economy policies and regulations to better promote the development of agricultural circular economy in Weifang.
