The impact of the epidemic has severely hindered the development of enterprises.How to maintain stable development under the epidemic is a difficult problem for enterprises at present.Consulting companies are also facing reshuffle,but a large number of domestic leading consulting companies are developing better and better,such as China Color Consulting,China Foundation Stone,Big Four and other consulting companies.Through strategic analysis,these enterprises have adopted diversified management strategy or vertical integration strategy.As a management consulting company with stateowned background,C company formulated the "13th Five-Year Plan" strategic plan in2016.According to the index dimension,only the revenue index basically reached the "13th Five-Year Plan" target,while the benefit index had a big gap with the target value set in the "13th Five-Year Plan".Through investigation and analysis,it is found that C company has a relatively simple business structure,is subject to changes in national policies,and faces challenges from various consulting companies on the business side.For various reasons,C Company cannot adapt to the industry development trend and market situation.This paper proposes the appropriate strategic transformation direction,which is the key measure to support the future development of C company.The logical framework of this paper firstly combs the strategic theory and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of each stage of the strategy from a theoretical perspective.Secondly,it analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of C Company’s original strategy.Through the analysis,it is concluded that C company has no deviation in the allocation of resources and the implementation of strategy,which is caused by changes in the external environment.Based on the analysis of the business risks faced by C company,the consensus of the middle and senior levels and the strategies of competitors,the necessity of C company’s strategic transformation is put forward.Thirdly,the internal and external environment of C company is analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of C company are extracted.At the same time,SWOT analysis method,order diagram method,mid-and high-level interview method and benchmarking method are adopted to carry out strategic matching for C company.The result of strategic matching is diversification strategy,and the business structure of implementing diversification strategy is proposed.For example,it is necessary to increase the platform library of mixed ownership reform,strategic consulting and governance system consulting services.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the diversification strategy,a detailed analysis is made from the aspects of organizational structure adjustment,talent security,technology research and development and implementation security.In the era of Uka,enterprises must keep up with the external market changes and adjust their own strategies,so that enterprises can become bigger and go far. |
