With the continuous development of information technology such as the Internet of things,our country has been increasingly using special equipment wisdom supervision software based on information technology development to carry out special equipment monitoring and management,which has promoted the prosperity of special equipment wisdom supervision software industry.The product E Anxun developed by Gansu Tubo Network Technology Co.,Ltd.entered the industry in 2018.After more than three years of continuous development,E Anxun currently occupies the first market share in northwest China,but it still lacks enough influence in the national market.In the market,figure the company’s main rival,has its own competitive advantage,figure bo company shall,in time of peace prepare for war,around the main problems of marketing in developing marketing strategy analysis,marketing of products in the future work to provide scientific guidance,to enhance product competitiveness,expand the market share of products.The main research objective of this paper is to formulate the product marketing strategy of E Anxun of Gansu Tubo Network Technology Co.,Ltd.according to the current situation and problems of product marketing.First of all,investigate the marketing status of E An patrol to find out the main problems in product marketing.Secondly,the marketing environment of the product is analyzed.This paper mainly analyzes the macro environment,competitive environment and internal environment of the product,and uses SWOT analysis to analyze the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the product.Thirdly,the STP analysis is carried out to determine the target market and market positioning for the marketing of E Anxuan,and the marketing strategy is formulated according to the 7Ps marketing theory.In terms of products,the width and depth of product portfolio are expanded respectively,so as to provide customers with more product choices.In terms of price,it is flexible to price according to different marketing scenarios,abandoning the original single low pricemodel;In terms of channel construction,we insist on strengthening the construction of our own marketing channels while developing agents and Internet marketing channels;In terms of promotion,we should perfect and refine the marketing reward and punishment system to enhance the enthusiasm and initiative of sales promotion.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of E ’an patrol marketing strategy,the strategy implementation plan and safeguard measures are put forward.The research of this paper aims to promote the marketing of E Anxun,hoping to bring practical effects to the production and sales of this product and further increase the market share of the product.At the same time,I also hope that this study can provide a certain reference for similar products to carry out marketing.
