Special equipment is an indispensable tool in industrial production and urban life today.On the one hand,it plays an important role in people's production and life,so it exists widely in the living space of human beings.On the other hand,it has the dangerous attributes of high altitude,high speed,high pressure and high temperature,so its security has been given special attention.After nearly 70 years of development,the safety of special equipment has become an important part of the public safety of our country.The safety management level of special equipment has been greatly improved,but the people's safety demand for special equipment is also increasing.The new questions and new contradictions of special equipment safety are constantly emerging.Especially at the county level,the strength of special equipment safety supervision is relatively weak.While the number of regulatory equipment is increasing,the existing regulatory means are increasingly unable to meet the needs of the new situation.How to use limited resources to carry out effective supervision of special equipment has become a new task of special equipment safety in C District.This paper is guided by the theory of public interest,the theory of public compulsory supervision and the theory of cause of accident and uses three methods such as literature research,case analysis and comparative analysis to study the safety supervision of special equipment in C District.It analyzes the current situation of the safety supervision of the special equipment in C District and excavates the existing problems and causes.Based on the reference of the safety supervision of special equipment at home and abroad,and combined with practice,some measures are put forward to improve the safety supervision of special equipment.For example,to speed up the establishment of a unified and authoritative special equipment safety supervision institution,to strengthen the construction of the personnel of special equipment safety supervision,to strengthen the support and guidance of superior department,to construct the information system of the special equipment supervision,to construct the multi-governance about regulatory mechanism of the special equipment safety,to divide the responsibility of administrative sanction scientifically,to build the control system according to the risk classification of the use units,and to ensure the financial support of ensuring the safety supervision.
