The domestic terminal construction process has been accelerated,and rookies,Fengchao and major express companies have taken shape.With the terminal construction becoming more and more perfect,it is particularly important for express companies to manage the terminal construction.Based on the end direct sub project of Lutong express company,this paper puts forward management suggestions and schemes for the end construction of express company.Firstly,using PEST analysis method,access to various literature through various channels,summarize and analyze the external environment of economy,society,policy and technology faced by the end of the express industry,point out the importance of express companies for end management,and analyze the deep reasons for the different construction at home and abroad.Then,taking Lutong express as the representative of domestic express companies,this paper expounds the current situation of end direct sub projects from the perspective of express companies,and describes various problems faced by Lutong express companies for end construction.Secondly,it leads to the problems of the end construction of Passepartout express,explains the reasons for the end construction of Passepartout express through the SWOT analysis method,and then shows the gains and losses of Passepartout express in the end construction through the in-depth analysis of the results and problems of the end direct sub project.Finally,it puts forward improvement suggestions for the terminal construction management of express companies.The suggestions put forward in this paper are as follows:(1)The strategic position of express companies for terminal construction must be raised.Under the big strategic background,complete the construction of terminal distribution points,use new equipment,pay attention to talent management,pay attention to strengthening the construction of terminal information it team,tap excellent management talents,coach franchisees to improve various management capabilities,and stabilize the terminal through the management of express workers;(2)The express company should adopt flexible and changeable strategies for the management of the terminal.The cost calculation should be diversified,the commercial development of the terminal should be diversified,the operation mode of the terminal should be diversified,and the construction of the terminal should be diversified.The terminal should avoid the competition of the last 100 meters.The terminal direct distribution work needs to be carried out to the end.The terminal direct delivery is conducive to stabilizing the network.The express company’s construction of the terminal,We should not only set assessment indicators,but also do more empowerment;(3)It is necessary to increase the management of information capability,the integration,transformation and upgrading of orders,the reform of three-stage code learning mode,the capacity-building of address information system,and the development of end-to-end direct delivery related systems.
