Cloud computing is the "commanding height" of a new round of global technological revolution and industrial transformation.It is the "base" and cornerstone of the "three new infrastructures" such as information infrastructure,converged infrastructure,and innovative infrastructure.In recent years,with the rapid development of cloud computing and applications,cloud has become the basic carrier of artificial intelligence,industrial internet,big data,blockchain,Internet of things and other technology applications,and it is also a strategic infrastructure to drive the development of digital economy.At present,the domestic cloud computing market is dominated by internet companies,the competition is fierce,and the market share of leading companies is constantly increasing.Alibaba Cloud is the sole leader,and the industry influence of state-owned enterprises is weak.As a central enterprise,how company Y can quickly stand out in the field of cloud computing and realize the country’s expectations and its own strategic vision requires scientifically formulating a competitive strategy.The empirical research object selected in this article is company Y.Based on the company’s business development status,comprehensively use five forces model,PEST method,3C strategic model and other research tools to systematically research and analyze its internal and external environment,combined with the results of surveys and interviews,comprehensively examine the strategic environment faced by Y company,Effectively identify opportunities and challenges in the macro environment,gain insight into changes in customer needs,conduct competitive benchmarking research,analyze the company’s own core competitiveness,and provide basic input for company Y to choose a competitive strategy.By adapting to the strategic intentions of company Y,the possibility and basis for the selection of competitive strategies are proposed,helping company Y to clarify the differentiated competitive strategy based on the overall growth strategy,and propose a business combination based on customer profile,as well as the implementation ideas of marketing,product,service and brand differentiation.Using the relevant methods of strategic decoding,to carry out the strategic decoding of the differentiated competition strategy of Y company,put forward strong relevance measures in terms of finance,customers,internal operation and learning growth,and clarified safeguard measures.At the same time,this article serves as a reference for other companies in the cloud computing industry.
