With the widespread reports of the mass media,the actual controller’s marriage change is no longer a personal privacy.The division of huge amounts of property due to divorce has also attracted the attention of relevant stakeholders,and such incidents have become public events with social influence.This thesis takes the connection between the actual controller’s divorce and the development of the enterprise as the starting point,and selects the two companies Mengjie and Madison Technology as the research objects.From the analysis of market reaction,team stability,investment strategy decision-making,and company performance,it explores the influence of the actual controlling person’s marriage on the development of the enterprise.By comparison,we can know that: Judging from the market reaction,the actual controller marriage will have a certain impact on stock price.From a long-term perspective,the marriage change brings about the division of equity and triggers changes in the equity structure,which will also make adjustments and changes to the company’s investment development strategy,and ultimately this impact will be manifested in the company’s performance.Faced with the fact that the marriage has occurred,the impact on the enterprise will also be related to the different attitudes and different measures taken by the husband and wife of the actual controller.Taking certain positive measures will reduce the impact of the actual controller’s marriage on the enterprise.In order to reduce the negative impact of the actual controller’s marriage,the last part of the paper proposes corresponding measures from the four perspectives of the enterprise level,the actual controller,investors,and the regulator,in order to deal with the actual controller’s marriage brought to the risks of enterprise.
