The Application Of Cost Control In Enterprise-e-commerce

In recent years,China’s market economic benefits have been constantly improved,as the most popular e-commerce enterprises,Internet technology is the lifeblood of enterprises,controlling the trend and development of e-commerce enterprises.At present,with the continuous improvement of logistics and transportation and the expansion of the use of third-party payment,the number of e-commerce enterprises is also increasing.The emergence of logistics system is the product of the changing times,and the use of third-party payment is the wind direction of enterprise development.Cost control,in our country’s large and small enterprises is regarded as the root of enterprise development,is also one of the most basic work of enterprises.China,in the world,is one of the top countries in manufacturing,and its manufacturing level is also very excellent.However,the increase of cost hinders the progress of enterprises,and cost control,as the most important link of enterprises,makes the operation of enterprises become difficult.According to this situation,we can know that although other capabilities of e-commerce enterprises are important,as a complete operation of the enterprise,the cost control is more important.This paper takes e-commerce enterprise B as a case,combined with the relevant research status of cost control of e-commerce enterprises at home and abroad.The second chapter analyzes the theory of enterprise cost control,including the elements and principles of cost control.The third chapter first introduces the enterprise situation of B e-commerce enterprise,and then introduces the current situation of cash flow cost control,logistics cost control and information flow cost control in detail.Then,by combing and analyzing the current situation,find the corresponding information flow cost,cash flow cost and logistics cost.By listing the problems of enterprise B,including data problems in the information flow and commodity procurement problems;There are management problems in cash flow,imperfect management system and financing problems;There are some problems in logistics cost.The fourth chapter through the analysis of the above problems,and then the enterprise cost control optimization research,put forward the enterprise optimization objectives and optimization principles.Then put forward the cost optimization safeguard measures for B enterprise,from the enterprise organizational structure,cost management culture,information system construction and supply chain alliance problems to analyze.In chapter five,the cost control of ENTERPRISE B is studied in detail,and corresponding specific measures are proposed to solve the cost problems of enterprise B from the aspects of information flow,cash flow,logistics and so on.
