| With the rapid development of China’s economy,the improvement of people’s living standards and the rapid growth of consumption level,the situation of outbound tourism being the dominant one in China’s tourism market has been broken for many years.At the same time,China has entered the "post-epidemic era",and the change of tourism market demand pattern is the direct driving factor of China’s tourism transformation.At the same time,after so many years of vicissitudes of development,tourism transformation has gradually stepped into the deep water zone,and it is difficult to promote.The problem of which way to go has attracted the special attention of academia and industry.Wenzhou is a famous historical and cultural city in Zhejiang Province,the center city of Cross-Strait economic zone and one of the first 14 coastal open cities in China.South Yandang Mountain Scenic Area referred to as Nanyan Scenic area,located in Pingyang County,Wenzhou City,Zhejiang Province,for the national AAAA level scenic area,the scenic area of mountains,villages scattered,nature and culture mutually reflect each other.But due to many reasons,compared with the surrounding similar scenic spots,the development of Nanyan scenic spot is relatively backward.At present,Nanyan Scenic spot in the future development,how to do scientific planning,close protection,reasonable development,orderly construction,has become the top priority.Aiming to optimize the ecological resources of Nanyan Scenic area,improve the development planning of the scenic area,and promote the sustainable development of tourism in the scenic area,the author has put forward some ideas and suggestions on the development of tourism resources in the scenic area through in-depth investigation and comprehensive analysis on the basis of years of work in the core area of Nanyan Scenic area.This paper takes the tourism of Nanyan Scenic spot as the research object,comprehensively and deeply analyzes the current situation of tourism resources development of Nanyan Scenic spot,and proposes the basic ideas and solutions for the transformation and upgrading of Nanyan Scenic spot.Through literature review,field investigation,case analysis,to study the south wild goose tourism resource development,and from the policies and measures of the local tourism,reference the south wild goose scenic area tourism development related information,and access to national,provincial and municipal policies and measures for promoting the transformation and upgrading of tourism industry at present stage,to explore the south wild goose scenic area transformation and upgrading of the preliminary planning scheme,To provide some reference for promoting the development of local tourism resources.The details are as followsFirst of all,the basic situation of Nanyan Scenic spot is summarized and stated.The current situation of tourism development of Nanyan Scenic spot is analyzed through literature review and field investigation,including the basic situation of the scenic spot,the current situation of scenic spot resources,and the current situation of scenic spot construction.Then,through the collected information about the location and environment of Nanyan Scenic Spot,as well as the tourism resources and construction status of Nanyan Scenic Spot,SWOT analysis is used to find out the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Nanyan Scenic Spot,the conditions of tourism transformation and upgrading of Nanyan Scenic spot and the existing problems at the present stage.Secondly,the questionnaire of tourist satisfaction of Nanyan Scenic Spot based on CCSI model was used.Through field visit survey and questionnaire distribution,the collected data were analyzed by SPSS26.0 to obtain the following problems: poor publicity of scenic spot,low quality of catering,"high price and poor quality" of souvenirs,and insufficient attraction of scenic spot.Finally,according to the development objectives,market positioning and tourism development principles of Nanyan Scenic Spot,combining with the tourism resources of Nanyan Scenic spot,the functional zoning of Nanyan Scenic spot is carried out,and the development pattern of four areas of tourism scenic spot is proposed.And rich religious tourism,promote construction of ancient villages,setting up a comprehensive museum and the tourist resort,perfecting the strategy,such as traffic facilities construction are put forward about the construction of infrastructure,policy support,environmental protection and safeguard measures of personnel training,and then through his usual field of tourism experience,tourism product literature review on the partition design. |
