The rapid development of the economic development of our country has led the tourism.Now,all overthe country tourism blossom everywhere,these scenic spots are more or less the same,very similar.In thefierce market competition,how to win the market area,gain more economic and social benefits,this is arealistic problem that each tourist attraction are thinking.Mountain scenic area occupies a large proportion in our country tourism,mountain tourism is alsofavored by the vast numbers of tourists.The development of social economy,the income of Chineseresidents increased,material life has been greatly improved.The high pressure of modern life rhythm,letpeople in work,want to pursue the spiritual life,to relax the mood,happy sprit experience.Facing the greatmarket demand,the traditional mountain scenic area of the environment,facilities,products such as the agingproblem has emerged, the traditional facilities have to meet the new needs of tourists. Mountain tourism tomeet market demand,the tourism market occupies a space for one person is more and more intensecompetition,in order to achieve sustainable development,we must solve the problem and market buttjoint,dislocation.Therefore, mountain scenic sports must carry on the transformation and upgrading.On thehot issues in the research of transformation and upgrading are discussed by scholars.Henan has rich mountain resources,mainly in the north,west and south.The mountainous area accountsfor nearly half of the area of Henan province.Mountain tourism in Henan province tourism developmentplay a decisive role,has not ignore the role of mountain tourism sustainable development of Henan touristindustry development,the mountain has become an important carrier of innovation and development of thetourism industry in Henan province.Ancestor mountain area in Henan province is a typical mountain resources in tourist and scenic areas,has a unique Huang Di culture development and construction of scenicspots,but later,development has been relatively slow.Insufficient,ancestor mountain scenic area constructionarea facilities imperfect,inadequate marketing problems led to the current market rate area occupies thebottom,brand awareness is not high,the social and economic benefits is not obvious.Although the ancestralmountain scenic already implemented free tickets strategy to attract tourists,but has little effect.Based onthe analysis of mountain tourism resource,field trips,visiting and investigation on the spot,analysis of thecurrent development of mountain tourism and the existing problems,combined with the successfulexperience of other tourism development in China,and puts forward some ideas on the ancestor mountaintourism transformation and upgrading.The development of mountain scenic mountain tourism,first of all to the development trend of thetourism industry,highlighting the Huang Di culture,according to the different needs of the market,developthe experience of mountain tourism products of high quality, multi-level, diversified. This research studyon an transformation from five aspects of mountain scenic area tourism productform,function,service.marketing mode,scenic area management;upgrade research form the tourismresources integration,project promotion,brand building area three aspects of ancestor Mountain Scenicspots.Through the above analysis, the author constructs the ancestor mountain scenic mountain tourismtransformation model:Time-ancestor mountain area by the stage of development now entering the mature stage.The pace of mountain scenic area tourism complex-to set of functions from single attractionsdevelopment.The culture of Mountain Scenic Area-from natural resources,cultural resources into cultural and creative integrated area to the Huang Di culture is dominant for the embellishment of the scenic areadevelopment.
